It is 1 block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, fridge and household utensils, barbecue and outdoor laundry). It accommodates up to 4 people. It's in the back of my house, it has a dividing gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Warn about check-in after 9 p.m., as they will be evaluated.

The land is private, there are 150mts from the embarkation/disembarkation pier and the main beach; close to markets, bakery, restaurants and other shops. **We do not provide groceries and personal items such as: bath towels, soaps, toothpaste, etc.
