We have absolutely all kinds of commerce and services you can imagine, on the block, all 4 min. foot. On our sidewalk we have 2 renowned Bar restaurants and 1 cafeteria Bike Itaú, beautiful square with playground for children and pets. There is NO garage, but all the streets here are free and safe, with traffic and security cameras
