Very comfortable house, foot in the sand and easy to access. The beach seemed to be ours alone! Communication with the hosts was excellent — they served us very well whenever we need to. I and my family will definitely be back!

I stayed with my family and friends at the 2025 carnival. We think the house is excellent! We had a great stay. Very close to the beach, which is great! Constant attention to the house. I was served in everything I requested. .Good space for 8 to 10 people. As an opportunity for improvement, they should put a shower in the pool area, even so as not to get dirty with sand in the house, coming from the beach or taking a bath without soiling the pool. I found a key item missing from the house. There is also no sink or structure next to the barbecue. To wash something you have to enter the house or else go to the kitchen entrance to wash anything. But still I highly recommend the stay! Get all shopping because it's a bit far from markets. Little commerce nearby...

I can't even thank you enough for so much affection! What would have been just another rented house for the holiday became a cozy place thanks to Marcus and Vitor. We arrived at dawn after a lot of traffic and they were there, waiting for us with a smile and valuable tips about the region. The next day was my son's first birthday. We couldn't find a cake to buy, so Vitor showed up with a wonderful cake, made by his mother (fairy hands!). It was the Easter cake from his house, which he made a point of giving us. I was speechless, thrilled by this genuine and unexpected gesture. We all feel their affection and sensitivity. Without a doubt, if I return to Cabo Frio or any other neighborhood in Rio where they have a home, I will look for them. Thanks for everything! ❤️

Amazing our stay at the casita! In a very quiet neighborhood and super close to the center rua das pras, ideal for those who want to be close to the center but in a quiet neighborhood. It has a patio that gives it the plus to leave the beach clothes and be able to extend the towels. Guests responded to all our enquiries and always very friendly We shall be back A big greeting

Our stay was perfect, the duplex is in front of the beach, which is super quiet, close to several other beaches. We were very welcome, helped us in everything we need and with fast communication at all times. We felt very comfortable and at home We love the place, the house, the convenience! We will definitely return at another time!

Juan Carlo’s place is amazing! So much more spacious and beautiful than even the pictures can capture. The pool was the highlight! It was also very easy and quick to get to the beach. Juan Carlo was communicative and friendly before and during the entire trip. Buzios is a gorgeous town and this was the perfect place to experience it.

Mr Tony and his wife are spectacular hosts. Literally makes us comfortable and makes us feel at home. We travel with an elderly woman, a child and a dog. Measuring everyone's joy is unspeakable! The breakfast in the backyard admiring the birds; the wonderful pool and the barbecue for a family lunch doesn't make you want to explore the area. What a passage is sensational!!! Beautiful and nearby beaches. Mr. Tony gave us great tips and very kindly even guided us. The only bad part is having to come away..rs Five Stars is Little! Guest House deserves a CONSTELLATION!!! GRATITUDE!!!

On arrival we had a small setback, but resolved with Fernando's help. Although it was old, the house was clean and organized, nice and comfortable beds, many household items, a very airy and cool house, nor did I have to turn on the air-conditioning, which works very well. My dog was very good with the Bobi dog who lives in the residence. We love it and we will return as soon as possible.

We went to family and everyone liked it very much. The house is very charming and comfortable. The helpers Joice and Luciane are super well educated and cook well. I know Búzios well and I really like Manguinhos, the beach is calm, the water is not cold and it is never full of people. Anyway, it was super worth it and we'll be back for sure! The experience at this location was amazing from start to finish! The house is beautiful, has a large and cozy space, is super well maintained and welcoming. All the rooms were impeccable, everything extremely clean, comfortable, smelling good and with a very charming decoration. The place is very quiet, and very close to the beach, so you can enjoy it a lot. And what made everything even more special was the owner Adriana, who is a wonderful person, extremely attentive, kind and full of good energy. She did everything to make us feel at home and gave us several tips for tours and/or places to visit, in addition to the excellent reception with a message that warmed our hearts and chocolates to sweeten life. I highly recommend this excellent place and I'm already looking forward to returning!

The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Be it only with adults or with children!!! Gramado, swimming pool, a beautiful barbecue, pool, toto, darts!!! I will return for sure!!!

The house is very good, being well equipped with household utensils and electronic appliances. Both rooms have a TV and air-conditioning. The only problem we had was that some neighbors thought my family and I were making a lot of noise, when in fact it was other neighbors. However, Livia resolved the situation.

If it looks beautiful in the photos, it is even more beautiful in person. It is a wonderful house, each space is designed to give you a wonderful stay. Everything in Villa Atlantis is perfect. Ruken is a beautiful person, she has a lot of light, and her home is full of good energy. I spent a few days of great peace and happiness. Everything is accessible, you have bars and restaurants just a few steps away, but we still preferred to enjoy the house, it has access to the beach, and everything is equipped to make your stay unique. Gustavo's space is exactly as shown in the photos, a very nice house, right on the beach, perfect for spending the holiday with my teenage son and his friends. I am very pleased and would definitely come back.

A very good condominium, very quiet place, the view is amazing and easy to get around for the various places and buzios beaches (by car or taxi) Special mention for Terezinha , the lady who if needed can help with cooking and grooming. She is in an extraordinary good attitude

Denisse, your house is wonderful with a beautiful view and very good layout. Just a few details to improve. The bathrooms on the ground floor need some improvements, which look abandoned. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. In the kitchen there was no coffee, sugar or tea, more than anything, something basic. You should know that the house is close to the beach, about 15 minutes walking, and that the 4 minutes indicated on the page are by car and with slopes. I mean, my stay was wonderful, I would go again and these comments are constructive. Thank you very much
