My stay was excellent and I intend to return more often. DJ is an amazing host... agile and kind communication, always very helpful and flexible (I needed to check in early and he helped me promptly), in addition to having excellent recommendations, only compliments! The apartment is as advertised, ideal for up to 4 people, but it was also perfect for me, who traveled alone, having everything I needed and everything in good working order and condition (especially the bed, sofas, kitchen, fans and shower). In addition, one of the differentials is that DJ accepts visits, a rarity in the platform's accommodations, even though it was not my case on this trip, I thought it was a differential. The location is excellent, really on the beach side, it is a block away and with a good location to get around the city, I felt extremely safe to walk, regardless of the time... There are great restaurants on the street of the apartment and in the surroundings, markets, pharmacies and other service stores. Unspeakable!

Great place in a perfect location to take in the ambiance of Copacabana. Morning and night there is always something to see from the balcony. We felt safe and secure at all times. The kitchen pretty much had everything we needed so we could cook a meal at home. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet so we enjoyed a good sleep. Definitely recommend.

My stay in Jonas' place was absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. It had a cozy and welcoming feel that made it easy to relax after long days exploring Rio. The check-in process was smooth, and the building felt very secure, which I really appreciated. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Botafogo, a lively and authentic neighborhood. I loved being surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and local shops, all within walking distance. Public transport was also easily accessible, which made getting around the city really convenient. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, safe, and gives you a real taste of local life in Rio, I’d definitely recommend this one. I’d happily stay here again!

Wonderful stay. A breathtaking view, large apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Rooms with air-conditioning, sometimes it was cold and you didn't even need to use it because the breeze from the waterfront kept the place cool if you left the window open. As we came for the show in Copacabana, the location was perfect, we could walk to the beach or to the Copacabana palace quietly, kiosks with food in front for great prices. Check-in was made more flexible for those who arrived earlier in Rio, and check-out for those who left later. No one had any problems during the stay, everyone loved it and the promised was delivered. In person, the apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos, and the view too!

What a divine accommodation!!! Easily accessible, quiet, the view is exactly as shown in the photos, the room is exactly as shown in the photos, comfortable and cozy! Mrs. Marli was a sweet person from start to finish and extremely attentive, decisive, and as I told her, I already arrived wanting to come back. And I'll definitely be back!

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Thank you !

BEST HOST!!! We have collectively stayed in 100s of Airbnb’s and Marcos is by far the best host we’ve ever had. Anything you need Marcos is always on top of it. Incredibly kind and helpful guy! His space is amazing: spectacular view, quiet at night (fall asleep to the sound of the ocean), two routers with VERY fast wifi, ample space and comfortable beds. Right outside of the apartment is a walking/biking path that you can take for a short walk or bike to Leblon beach. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rio!

House located in a safe village with local shops nearby for small purchases and breakfast. The house has a very large living room that allows a large group of guests to socialize. Atmaja is always quick to respond to all our questions. Upon arrival, they consulted us on how we would like the beds to be arranged in the rooms to best suit the group.

Undoubtedly, one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. The space is large and cozy, with all rooms impeccably arranged and organized for our arrival. The room has the perfect climate to rest after a day at the beach! The host, Fabio, was extremely attentive, answering all questions and recommending places to eat, including a wonderful pizza! Anyway, I recommend this place without a doubt, you can book without fear!

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super friendly, with clear information and good communication between employees. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need such as: market, bakery, gym… I really liked it and didn't even want to leave kkk I will definitely be back. The place is small but cozy with all the possible amenities to cook, bathe and sleep, despite being in a busy place you can't hear anything from outside, the concierges are super attentive to our arrivals and departures and very good vibes. It is located in a super central place 10 minutes from the Cinelandia subway on foot, which connects with many tourist attractions and close to many attractive places such as the Selaron steps and the Lapa arches on foot, in addition to the Lapa bars less than 1 block away, Uber arrives and leaves without problems and there is a 24-hour bakery, pharmacies and grocery stores very close. We loved the place and I 100% recommend staying there. Luiz was always attentive to our questions.

Olivia went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay - from getting a bathtub for our four month old to letting us check out later so we had a place to stay before the night flight. The apartment was great and location was perfection. We will definitely be back!
