The apartment is very cozy and the location is amazing, less than a 5-minute walk to the waterfront. Near the main sights of the city. Super recommend. We'll be back more often!

Our stay in this home was just amazing! The property is super cozy and well cared for, offering all the comfort and convenience we needed. The house was equipped with everything that was needed, from kitchen utensils to comfort items for moments of rest. The location is wonderful, with the house being right in front of the beach, which allowed us to enjoy stunning views and easy access to the sea. In addition, it is situated in a super quiet area. We will definitely return to enjoy this amazing place even more. I highly recommend it!

Village were wonderful days spent in Areias do Mar. The condo is very well taken care of. The staff are very polite and helpful. We had a noise problem in the apartment next door, but the other day the condominium employee notified those responsible for the mess and everything was reassured. The place is really gorgeous. There's a cafeteria beside the building that's a wonder. There are restaurants and shops close by which has brought us a lot of tranquility. Davi, responsible for the apartment, was very attentive and assisted us in everything. Besides, he answers us very, very quickly. In short, we'll be back shortly.

It really is the dream house and Andre is an exemplary and very helpful host. The house is worthy of all the praise. The access to the beach is by the gated condominium itself. The beach at the front is super quiet, ideal for children. I felt safe in the condominium, with 24h concierge and cameras. The items in the house are of quality, especially the bed and bath games. I recommend to everyone looking for a comfortable, spacious and beautiful place to rest after a day of beach.

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks and loved staying there, super quiet and very cozy place. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son woke up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the guy who takes care of the house is extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it were his! every time we needed help he always responded and was at the house in less than 1 hour! We love being in this house and we will certainly visit more often! Thank you Dona Cristina and Kaká, very dear and humble people.

Madalena is a lovely person. Very kind and made us feel very comfortable. The space was clean and tidy. On the first day we stayed in a different bungalow than I had booked, but the next day it was resolved. The tranquility and view of the place is what makes all the difference. The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

Very nice beach, full of fish and clean, good for children because there are no waves. Well located, we didn't even need to take the car out of the garage, restaurants and a market nearby. We spent amazing days in this house! The house was very close to the sea, wonderful and the tranquility of the place provided us with unforgettable moments as a family. We went in 20 people and loved the comfort of the house and the pool that was perfect. We can't help thanking the location manager, Mr.Davi, who was very attentive and everything we asked for he always solved with agility, and he indicated to us the cook Tereza, who is also great.

Casa with good location, close to the beach and a little further from the center (still to go on easy walking), great for those looking for quiet, home with 4/4 air-conditioned, clean and with reasonable space. Also air-conditioned room, good leisure area with pool and barbecue area (which needs a roof, because it is in the sun, but served the purpose well), garage was 4 cars without disturbing the circulation, large kitchen and equipped with all necessary utensils. I will definitely refer you and come back again!

Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've had on Airbnb! Casa Aruanda is very beautiful, super cozy, when we arrived everything was clean and with a wonderful smell, from a well-kept house and with an energy of tranquility and harmony. We felt very well received, and we were also graced with a carrot cake with chocolate that was also delicious! The pool is delicious, the distance to the beach is very quiet, you can walk and we do not spend 5 minutes. We spent the Easter holiday and surprised me that it was not agitated, the neighborhood was quiet, the beach was not bustling, it was great! The house is beautiful, it has absolutely everything we need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms and cozy atmosphere. Thanks Mr. Carlos and Mrs. Gil for hospitality, kindness and easy communication. We will be back for sure!

Casa located in good gated condominium with exclusive access to the beach and the Hibiscus Beach Club. Well equipped with appliances and kitchenware. Very nice. The beach, although still in the City of Maceió, is quite quiet, approximately 40 minutes from the center. It was what we were looking for to rest and relax. The host receives very well, very much requests, responds quickly, gives several tips on everything you need. I recommend and will be staying there next to Maceió.

My stay was wonderful! I went with my parents to spend New Year's Eve on the beach and Praia do Francês was perfect! Both the location and the flat itself were everything! Very well located, close to the main restaurants, very good for walking too, not to mention Murilo's attention to detail and Ana's proactive work!
