Simply wonderful! Carlos and Amanda were super receptive and attentive from the start, always responding very quickly and with kindness. The house is incredibly equipped, there was nothing missing during the stay. The house is even better than in the photos and the outside area is a show apart: super complete to barbecue, with a beautiful landscaping that makes the environment even more welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for rest, and with the nearby beach, as well as nearby markets that have made everyday life much easier. It was such a good experience that I didn't want to leave! The atmosphere of Patrícia is done! All in good quality, well organized, smellable, spacious! When I arrived at the front of the building, I was a little apprehensive, as the properties of this street are not very beautiful, but when I came in, I was gawked at the beauty and warmth of the place. Great place Location: The house is a few minutes walk from the beach and the village of Francês, and it is easy to walk to and from, even at night. I recommend walking to and from, as the traffic on the beach is bad and parking was complicated. Coming and going on foot was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find plates, glasses, cups and keep everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue, too. Although one room did not have air conditioning, it was not hot because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage can accommodate up to 3 small cars. But 2 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE.
