Cozy house overlooking the sea.

The house is not luxurious, but it is cozy. Access is via a 250 m path that begins at the beach and is traveled on foot. This path begins with a slight ascent and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). Illustrations in the photos. The house is not very high for the village, and the height guarantees the view of the sea. Originally caiçaras, it was renovated by my parents, with whom I spent a lot of good times there. This brand new house sits high above the trees inside the Aldeia Rizoma eco village, a gated property 15 minutes away from the city historical center. The property offers a jungle gym, sauna (paid as an extra), private trails and access to 5 private waterfalls. The one bedroom studio has a king size bed built high so you can watch the forrest from it. It offers a private hot tube and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra bed that can be used for a third person with an extra fee per night

My space is located in the rural area of the city of Paraty, on the road Paraty-Cunha (Route 165). It is a modern house, well equipped and well-integrated with Nature, nestled in a piece of the Atlantic rain Forest, in the National Park of Serra da Bocaina, 10km from the center of the historical center of Paraty. Incredibly charming, our Casinha is located within the Atlantic Forest. From it, we can observe birds of all species, toucans and squirrels are a show apart. The house is at the top of the Itamambuca forest and is always cool. We have air conditioning. The water comes straight from the forest and is very good for drinking and bathing. The Casinha is completely fenced in and your pet can be safely let loose. We organize trails, surf lessons and sessions in the best conditions.
