The apartment is very nice! The view the place has is the same or better than the photos. The place is very well located, it is spacious and comfortable. I recommend this accommodation!

Marília's house met our expectations 100%, there were 6 of us plus a 1-year-old baby who were comfortably accommodated in the 3 bedrooms, the Condominium has a good infrastructure, especially the pool with the sauna that operates from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., we enjoyed it a lot, and of course the direct exit to Praia Rasa, which has calm and peaceful waters. We will definitely be back.

The house is even more exuberant than in the photos! The space is excellent and the pool is spectacular!!! The barbecue is not as integrated with the rest of the house, which means that if someone from the group is going to pilot the barbecue, it is a little far from the star of the house: the pool. But really, nothing that significantly compromises the quality of the place!!!

The house is wonderful and I think the images are not enough to describe it. It has a privileged view towards Ferradura Bay and everything you need to enjoy the place. Simon is a great host and is always attentive to every detail. He gave us many recommendations for walks, restaurants and different activities that I can say, were very accurate!! The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beaches and the different attractions of Buzios. In addition to all this, the manager, Hugo, is always present, who is a great person, very attentive and always available to make your stay a perfect moment. Nor can we forget Jackeline, who is a great cook and helped us with the different household chores, making our vacation very comfortable. We can only thank the 3 of them for their impeccable attention and helpfulness, always on time.

Daniela's place is beautiful. Super comfortable and ideal for large families or groups. Beds are super comfortable, bed and bath linens are impeccable and air conditioners working very well. Any questions we had Jason (homemade) was always available to help. Daniela also referred us to a person to help with the cleaning and cooking that was absolutely amazing. The outdoor area is comfortable and we were able to barbecue and enjoy the pool. It has a laundry area which is also quite practical. The house is extremely well illuminated, ventilated and pleasant. It has a really lovely sea view. The street is steep and has an unfinished part, so it has big holes. You can get to the beach walking but as I traveled with a child I used the car for everything. All delivery services got there smoothly. Light and water are paid for part (most in Búzios is like this) I would certainly return! Everything went very well

We were very well served from communication by Airbnb to our arrival being welcomed by Michel and his wife. Michel and his wife did a fantastic job in the kitchen, serving far beyond our expectation by reproducing the Paella we asked for. The house is huge, much bigger than we imagined, the scenery is breathtaking, there was no desire to leave, rs. The site was more than perfect for our intimate wedding ceremony, no doubt this experience will be in our memory forever. We only have to thank everyone involved, it couldn't be better =)

I felt at home, wonderful house, my whole family loved the stay, the host responds very quickly, very helpful!!! I'll be back for sure!

We went to Buzios for 5 nights with our 2 year old son. Despite being a two-story accommodation it was reasonably safe for a very young child (although logically you have to be on the stairs). The construction and equipment are well thought out and are of a very good quality. Both bathrooms down and above are a plus of comfort. It's conveniently located and quite quiet. Analia was always handy and attentive. Absolutely recommended.

My experience was awesome!! Erika and her mother Dona Vânia who is a co-host were super attentive and helpful at all times from before check in to checkout. They clarified their doubts, gave tour tips, if they were at the disposal for anything, besides the house being extremely charming and cozy. We love the stay. They are so cute that they have left us even a basket of pampering!
