Apartment in excellent condition, very modern and equipped. The cleanliness of the place is also excellent. The photos are exactly as shown. The resort's beach is 350 meters from the apartment, very good! Attentive host and with quick answers. Suggestion for those who are renting and like to take snacks and drinks to the beach is to take (or buy) a cooler and plastic containers, as the apartment does not have them.

Location chosen for our honeymoon. Next to the Igrejinha de Carneiro, very well located, quiet beach for children and family! Rodrigo was super attentive, gave all the information about the place and a little more! Fit as advertised and even more, very well-equipped kitchen to spend quiet days. Comfortable rooms. I highly recommend it, we'll be back more often.

I want to thank Mr. Túlio, it was a great pleasure to stay in the apartment. very close to the beach, parking, easy-to-use utensils, air-conditioned environment, nice beds and the view and safety of the balcony with safety nets. near the apartment there were several restaurants, we could walk there easily.

The resort has an excellent infrastructure for any age. Several swimming pools, including heated, sauna, fitness center, game room, kids programming with monitors, live music, restaurant with wonderful food... we didn't even think about leaving the Resort. Exclusive access to Muro Alto beach.

Simply impeccable! Our stay at Vanessa's flat, at Villa Margot, was perfect from start to finish. Every detail was thought out with great affection and care — the environment is super organized, extremely clean, cozy and full of welcome! The courtesies she left were a treat in themselves, which made all the difference in our experience. We went with our baby and the space perfectly met our needs, and Vanessa provides a portable crib at no cost. It is quiet, well-structured, comfortable and safe — ideal for those who want to travel with small children. We miss absolutely nothing! Everything we needed (and a little more!) was available, making our routine during the stay much easier. It's the kind of accommodation that makes you feel at home, with the comfort of a 5-star hotel. Vanessa was attentive and careful, and that's reflected in every corner of the apartment. It was super welcoming and flexible with the time of check out, we need to stretch the time I paid a small fee. My daughter who was doing 15 years and chose his house not for parties or events, only for an SDF with her best friends who were no more than 10 friends. the only thing I really didn't like is that because it's a taco floor, the noise annoys a lot for those in the room below. The Master suite for those who have a light sleep, annoys a lot with the constant noise of since it is in the roundabout of access to the tours, but for those who have heavy sleep there are no problems. supermarkets, wineries, centrinho less than 100 meters from the house. all perfect and brand new kitchen utensils. the Master suite bed that needs to change the well used and thin mattress, but did not hinder our overnight stays. super indico a casa

I highly recommend it ! Everything in that house is beautiful , from the attention of leide that received us and explained everything very lovingly , to gerald that every night was approaching the maintenance of the pool and in what little we understood was always very warm and friendly. It is very close to the beaches for walking. And by car 30 min from maragogi, we were so delighted that sometimes we didn't feel like going to do beaches ! Also there is no need to clarify that the house is a luxury ! From cleanliness to infrastructure and good taste for decoration.

Very good condominium. Excellent location for those who want to rest or just enjoy the space and the almost exclusive beach. The apartment is well equipped and organized, with decor inspired by the sea. And the host, Augustus, was always very attentive and responded quickly.

We had an amazing stay at Adriana’s place! She’s super friendly and the place was perfect for us. The view of the beach was incredible - we could just look out the window and decide when to head to the natural pools. We’ll definitely be back!

The space is amazing and comfortable, the view of the sea is beyond words, we felt at home, it is undoubtedly a little piece of paradise here on earth hahahaha. The condominium is very quiet and the staff are polite, the restaurant inside the residential complex, although outsourced, is a good option for those who want even more convenience, it serves well with the options that work. There is a mini market inside the residential complex as well, which helps/facilitates even more, for small "emergencies". Although I already know the beach, I say it is a great and quiet location for swimming (in addition to being beautiful). The access to the residential area is all paved and most of the road is illuminated. The host Henrique was the difference when choosing our rental, super polite, responds quickly to messages, answers questions, proactive, gives us security. I highly recommend it and I'm already counting the days to return ☺️
