House is exactly as described in the photos, all very clean and cozy. We were in 10 people and the house behaved all perfectly and comfortably. The place is extremely pleasant and the house is very close to the beach, which is wonderful and very quiet. The owner gave us all the information about the site, making several valuable indications. The breakfast served in the common area is very tasty, with lots of fruits, breads and cake. The site's team is very attentive and the manager (tb Andreia) was very kind and helped us immensely, making no effort to help with anything. I highly recommend the property!

We stayed for 7 days, as a family, at Geisa's house. She and her son Pablo were attentive, kind and helpful in all our needs. The house is as shown in the photos, cozy and clean. Very close to the beach, which is excellent and quiet. We'll be back more often 🙏🙏❤️

We loved the four-day stay at Andrea's house. He is a wonderful, polite and attentive host. Super clean house, all decorated and bright. We spent unforgettable afternoons at the poolside barbecue. A paradise. We'll definitely be back.

The stay was simply wonderful! The house is exactly as described in the ad, and the location could not be better, being super close to the beach. The sheets were clean and smelling, as well as all bed, table and bath items. The house is fully equipped, and the kitchen has pans of all sizes and types, catering to all needs. In addition, the site is very safe, with 24-hour surveillance, which brings even more tranquility. Without a doubt, an excellent experience! We'll be back soon 👏🏾

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks and loved staying there, super quiet and very cozy place. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son woke up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the guy who takes care of the house is extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it were his! every time we needed help he always responded and was at the house in less than 1 hour! We love being in this house and we will certainly visit more often! Thank you Dona Cristina and Kaká, very dear and humble people.

Everything was wonderful!!! Polyanna, always available to assist with great receptivity, clarifications and with recommendations for tours, itineraries and restaurants. The house is beautiful, the integration of the gourmet/kitchen area with a swimming pool brings an incredible atmosphere and enjoyment to socialize with family/friends, it was a differential in the choice and it was wonderful. The pool gets sun all day, and is warm at the end of the day, a delight to enjoy after returning from the tour. The tour of the natural pools, a show apart with the splendid nature and guided by Moisés (exact indication).

The house is located in a beautiful child-friendly compound with a very nice collective garden. There are plenty of amenities within the complex, including a spacious swimming pool, a restaurant, a playground,... The house itself is tip top in order, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 living room and 2 terraces. It is very clean, functional and cozy. We had a lovely time there with our family.

the environment was clean and as advertised. we like the stay. it's approximately 30 to 40 min to reach the beaches, catches a lot of traffic at certain times. but it's worth the stay. thank you

This triplex is amazing, a super cozy place to stay. It's worth it because the city doesn't have so much to do at night, so the stay at the house turns out to be a great option for use. The host was super considerate from the start. It's not close to many things, but to know miracles you'll have to drive anyway, so if you go by car to enjoy it a lot.

We loved Mrs. Rosaline's apartment, it was perfect days. Beautiful apartment, a small ocean view from one of the bedrooms, great beds, bedding and good towels, mineral water for guests, various utensils available for families with children like me. The interaction with Adivaldo and Lango was great. Longo gives tips on things to do nearby, if necessary. In the description it says that there is a direct exit to the beach but the exit is through the side street and not a direct exit from the property to the beach. In cottage 2, what could be improved is to make a coffee maker available and I would leave at least one more dish towel and floor cloth near the sink. The Wi-Fi is a considerable point of improvement as it did not work any day. We had great days and it was pretty quiet. I highly recommend the place and intend to return because it is an excellent cost-benefit for those who want to enjoy Patacho beach. I RECOMMEND IT!!!!

Excellent host. Her attention was always impeccable, always available to provide help. The accommodation is super spacious, clean and with many amenities for all ages. We spent some very enjoyable days with the family as the accommodation had everything. Totally recommended

We spent a total of 35 days in Maceio and in this house. Everything works as expected. The house was impeccable when we received it and during our stay the occasional problems were quickly addressed and solved by Irwing. We were happy with everything. The place is wonderful for those of us who like to be far from downtown. The best beaches with few people are on the north side. The house is well equipped and in good condition. The pool is maintained every day, which is a pleasure after arriving from the beaches.

Everything was perfect, we had no problem with anything. I'll be back again.

for the time we spent there was good

The space offered far exceeded our expectations. To those who are interested, we travel with our two pets, one large(German Shepherd) and the other medium-sized(SRD). The atmosphere is wide and our puppies enjoyed a lot. We travel as a family and we are already planning to return to the house of Mrs. Edna and Mr. Walter. Speaking of the hosts, we would like to thank each for their availability and attention from the beginning.
