The garden is the property's strong point. It is a large and well-kept space, with green grass, a barbecue, and a gazebo to relax outdoors.

Decorated with care and detail. It has a very nice small balcony overlooking the Ría. Very central, the building has no elevator but it is on the third floor with a beautiful and spacious staircase.
