The cabin is great and corresponds exactly to what is shown in the photos, both in terms of features and privacy. There are two chalets, and access to the second is necessarily done by the first, but this does not compromise in experience considering that each chalet has its individuality. The hostess, Marucia, is very solicitous and proactive. We had some setbacks, and she always responded almost immediately, resolving everything quickly. Milagres has incredible beaches and walks, and the chalet stay was essential to complete the experience. Favoritei for a brief return. It's well worth it!

Simply wonderful! Carlos and Amanda were super receptive and attentive from the start, always responding very quickly and with kindness. The house is incredibly equipped, there was nothing missing during the stay. The house is even better than in the photos and the outside area is a show apart: super complete to barbecue, with a beautiful landscaping that makes the environment even more welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for rest, and with the nearby beach, as well as nearby markets that have made everyday life much easier. It was such a good experience that I didn't want to leave! I hope to return soon. I highly recommend!

Very cozy and functional house, with all possible items to accommodate perfectly, from bedding to utensils; everything impeccable. The house is located in a condominium with excellent leisure infrastructure and close to the beach.

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

The house is well taken care of and thought out in the details. The pool and outdoor area are very nice. The neighborhood can get a little noisy on the weekends and there is a lot of mosquito in the region. Our high point was to visit the beach of the broken car, just a few minutes' drive from there. Helio was very helpful, reacted quickly and can solve the unforeseen events that have appeared in addition to granting us a flexible checkout. Thank you very much!

The house is super clean and organized, you can see the care in every detail. Rosangela is a wonderful host… very friendly, accessible and attentive. Everything in the house is well explained, full of useful information that makes the stay easier… you can understand the affection with which everything was done. The cantinho is a delight, warm indeed… I felt at home. I have asthma and I didn't feel any discomfort… no strong mold or smells, which made all the difference to me. The condominium is great, quiet and safe. And the beach is beautiful, perfect for relaxing. An amazing experience from start to finish.

Karyna has always been very helpful, from the beginning of the property rental process. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and has a lot of entertainment for children and adults, and you don't need to leave the house to have fun. An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that gives access to Praia do Francês and Maceió... very kind, attentive couple... anyway, my family and I were there now in early January/ 2025 and it certainly left a taste of wanting more!!

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks and loved staying there, super quiet and very cozy place. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son woke up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the guy who takes care of the house is extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it were his! every time we needed help he always responded and was at the house in less than 1 hour! We love being in this house and we will certainly visit more often! Thank you Dona Cristina and Kaká, very dear and humble people.

The house is great spacious, very nice. The rooms are good, the quality bedding and towels as well. The only thing I think could improve would be the dishes, bowls, etc…

The houses are just wonderful! We recommend and will definitely come back :) We found everything in the house very well thought out: the super large and welcoming environments. Extreme good taste in decor (elaborated with local crafts), the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms very clean and super manicured. The kitchen is semi-shared with the TV room, making a sure mix of comfort and practicality. The outdoor area features a beautiful garden project, full of tropical foliage and a green lawn that is next to the pool (which by the way is a great size for guests from the 2 houses). Marta welcomed us in the most affectionate and considerate way possible. He brought us a welcome muffin, sent us restaurant tips and always responded to our msgs, quickly and very friendly :) Place is “Pet Friendly”! Chico, (our dog) was very well received.

The house is very beautiful and well equipped, it has a great structure, a person who gives attention during the stay. She is attentive to details. She left us a delicious cake! In the condominium, other guests from other houses had problems but not us because everything worked and she left us several contacts in addition to responding quickly. We spent a total of 35 days in Maceio and in this house. Everything works as expected. The house was impeccable when we received it and during our stay the occasional problems were quickly addressed and solved by Irwing. We were happy with everything. The place is wonderful for those of us who like to be far from downtown. The best beaches with few people are on the north side. The house is well equipped and in good condition. The pool is maintained every day, which is a pleasure after arriving from the beaches.

We traveled in 8 people and a puppy, it was a very quiet stay, the house was super comfortable, all rooms with air conditioning working well, very good house, I highly recommend the host Ivete! 👏🏻
