Beachfront apartment, with a family atmosphere, located about 1500 meters from the central square, where there are several restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, handicraft shops and the Church of Our Lady of Nazareth, which is a 20-minute walk away. It features a game room and a parking space. The place is very quiet but 3 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is 4 km from Itaúna Beach (capital of Surfing) and 4 km from CBV.
