It was my first experience on AIRBNB and I'm very pleased. I and my family are very grateful to the hosts, Seu Mário and Dona Socorro for the wonderful season we spent in their lovely home. We didn't come across any surprises, the house really is in accordance with the information in the listing and we enjoyed the days we were there with peace of mind. Cauby is attentive and always available for guidance and clarification of possible doubts. It is well worth taking a few days off at the Vila Velha retreat.

Perfect accommodation! The house was completely clean, matched the photos of the place, impeccable space. The house accommodates 14 people without leaving any uncomfortable, fully equipped, you won't want for anything! The hosts of the house are great people, they are super attentive, they left nothing to be desired, we will return more often!

Our stay during the carnival was very quiet in the house, we had everything we needed and the problem we had with the air conditioning was quickly resolved. Overall, it was very satisfactory because despite the distance from the airport, downtown Recife and Olinda, we had easy walking around the city and many restaurants and commercial establishments nearby in ZN. Rules were and instructions were clear.

House 8, Lucas's house is inside a condominium of many identical houses, it is not a private house but has a very nice neighborhood. The doormen Léo and Galego are very helpful, and Lucas himself is very good at solving any problem. The private pool is very nice to be in the barbecue area. The house is airy and all air-conditioners work well and electric showers. It has solar panels, which is really cool. The place is very quiet, family-friendly and safe, offering a perfect environment to rest. It has a very large common area of the condominium with a leisure area, swimming pools, playground, volleyball court and access to the beach. It even has a fenced area of the beach that is very safe for children. Great place to be with family in the summer!

The apartment is located in a great neighborhood of the reef, with many services in the surroundings. The building is organized, quiet. The apartment is large, very ventilated, well equipped, we lack nothing. Communication is fast. I recommend

I celebrated my birthday at Casa Urucum and could not have chosen a better place! The night was intimate and full of special moments, with lots of joy and good energy. Even with the rain, we enjoyed the pool, which brought an even more magical touch to the experience. Excellent cost-benefit. We got the duplex to rest after a party very close to the airbnb location and it was the best choice! The place is well organized, the value is fair, Anna responds quickly and is super attentive, she was even quite flexible with our check-in and check-out. The apartment space is good and, except for the lack of WIFI (which is already announced as not having it), there is nothing we missed. I recommend it.
