My stay is always perfect

The place is simply wonderful! Literally right on the sand on a quiet beach 2 km from the historic center. Well equipped with everything we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

A very pleasant house for those seeking peace and connection with nature, very close to the beach, which is very beautiful. we spent many good days in Ubatuba and Li's house was a great place to stay. I advise you to go to the big markets first, the markets near the house have high prices. (It's worth it for an emergency). If you can take a plug-in repellent and an ironing repellent, it's also a good idea. I saw it in the previous comments, but I ended up not taking it and I got some bites.

Our stay at Tiê's house was amazing! The house is beautiful, new and super charming! It had everything we needed and the listing description was faithful to what we found there! Full of whimsical details and impeccable cleanliness. The place in the middle of the forest is unique! Super quiet for rest days. Mateus was helpful and proactive at the reception. The neighborhood scares a bit, as it's a bit far from the waterfront. Then you realize that it is safe and has amenities such as supermarket, fishmongers, doceries, etc. The house compensates and has a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. The extremely clean and very well-equipped house (great quality bed). There's everything! You can see in the details the whim with the care of the house, from the painting to the impeccable garden. Town hall looks like a mini farm. All clean kitchen utensils came to the attention; none was dusty, as is common with beach houses. The house it's inside a kind of condo, a safe and very quiet place. I wake up every day to the sound of birds. We'll be back!

The apartment was impeccable, with all the utensils, it even had wonderful linens and pillows, the environment was clean, cozy and very spacious. Andrea is amazing, always helpful and helped us a lot with the flexibility of schedules! I highly recommend it!

It was wonderful to stay in Sérgio's apartment. I have a 1-year-and-3-month-old baby and chose the place precisely because of the things there were to do with the child, since you can't just stay on the beach, so we took advantage of the pools, especially the heated one. My daughter loved it! Very nice toy library and everything was very clean and organized! We will definitely return to the next one! Sérgio is a great host!

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with a fitness center, sauna, rooftop pool with a beautiful look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

The hostess Chimene is super attentive and kind... very good apartment, great infrastructure and location, I was with my family and 2-year-old son, we enjoyed the beach and the available infrastructure very much. I'll be back for sure

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, who was extremely helpful, was always ready to answer any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We definitely plan to return on our next visit to Ubatuba.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment, very clean, organized, had pillows and blanket which helped me a lot because I was cold for a few days, polite staff, very comfortable place, I liked it a lot, the bad thing was leaving.

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
