It is a beach house well protected against insects with extra screen doors and windows with double screens. It is an environment that uses white color and all the wood part with ipe color (darker), the external doors are in Mexican style. The floor is made of white tiles with a 30-cm baseboard in the same material. The furniture is made of hardwood, sometimes with glass. All constructions are made of apparent solid brick, reminiscent of an ancient style of Mediterranean and Moroccan constructions

The studio is on the roof of the building, with a double bed, sofa bed for 3 people, bathroom, barbecue kitchen and large balcony, totally independent. Very functional and next to the best restaurants, shops and points of the National Surf Capital. Parking included.

An ideal beach home: charming decor, plenty of outdoor space, a very short walk from the beach and some great spots to eat and do some shopping. Itaúna is a quiet place with a very relaxed and safe vibe. Cicero is very responsive and friendly, with great recommendations to make the most of your stay.

A serene coastal view features a charming white and red-roofed building perched on a small island amidst expansive blue waters. Fluffy clouds drift overhead, and distant mountains provide a soft backdrop, enhancing the tranquility of the scene.

It exceeded my expectations! Everything is very clean and organized, fragrant bed linens. The place is new, exactly as advertised. I felt at home, I was with my family and I intend to return when I am in town! Friendly host, responds quickly to messages! The stay was very quiet.

Eliane's accommodation is better than it looks in the photos, clean and organized building, perfect cleanliness in the apartment, exquisite accessories and utensils, and we even arrived with some treats in the fridge. I recommend it and will return whenever I can.

The apartment is super well equipped, everything is brand new, all the utensils are great, great location, closed garage!! The host responded very quickly and has total skills to deal with the guest, easy check-in, everything very clean and great amenities!!! To be perfect, especially in the summer, all that's missing is air conditioning in the bedroom, as it's only in the suite, but it wasn't needed at this time of year (May), maybe in the summer it will be more needed. But with the level of the accommodation, I think the host should already have this improvement on the radar. But I recommend this accommodation with my eyes closed.

Lia and Giovanni welcomed us with open arms, with the ability to speak both Portuguese and Spanish. We went with 4 friends to relax and surf and that was just what we got. A hyper pleasurable week in and out of the house. Since we arrived they provided us with relevant information, they helped us with finding tables and suits for surfing, they recommended places and supermarkets, but above all the house is INCREDIBLE. Being able to get up and down from the beach is a pleasure, with spectacular sunsets and unparalleled comfort, an authentic beach house, which we almost didn't want to leave with all the amenities that it has. Located really well, everything a walking distance. Giovanni was always available for anything during the stay, a single message away and always with a smile, total genius.
