Loft vacation rentals in Praia de Icaraí

Tuvimos que encontrar alojamiento muy rápidamente porque nuestra reserva fue cancelada de imprevisto y Brux respondió inmediatamente a mí mensaje mostrándome todas las opciones disponibles. Fue muy amable y claro con sus instrucciones. El departamento estaba impecable al llegar y tenía absolutamente todo lo que un huésped puede necesitar. Se nota que Brux pone mucha atención en los detalles. La ubicación es inmejorable, en una zona segura, cerca del metro y de la playa. Súper recomendable!

L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto e le foto corrispondevano, molto pulito e silenzioso. Carolina è molto disponibile e risponde subito.

Departamento bien ubicado en Barra, con detalles de Diseño. Cocina completa, cama cómoda y un balcón con una excelente vista. Lo único que no terminó de agradarnos fue el baño, que tiene una puerta medio trabada, pero es solo un detalle, fue una hermosa experiencia!

This was most amazing AirBnB I’ve ever stayed at and was a great start to my Brazil trip. I can highly recommend this to everyone wanting to stay in Rio. The pictures don’t justify how truly stunning the stay was here.

Muy buen lugar para quedarse en uno de los sectores más exclusivos de Río de Janeiro Variedad de restaurantes muy buenos cerca Si puedo recomendar uno vayan a pato con Laranja , demasiado rico El departamento está muy bien ubicado , queda un poco más alejados de algunos puntos turísticos pero en Uber uno se puede mover sin problema Muy cercano a la playa (2-3 cuadras) Rica cama para descansar Todo excelente ✨

I booked this trip last second on the flight down to Rio, and Paulo did everything to make me feel comfortable and welcomed! From an early check in, to security knowing I’d be arriving, to help locating some of the amenities very quickly through fast communication, Paulo was incredible in hosting. I will be certain to return next time I’m in Rio, thank you, Paulo!

The apartment was beautiful and with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It has truly exceeded our expectations! We felt at home there. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Ipanema, 5min walking distance from the beach. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended! 10/10

Easily one of the best views I’ve ever had on a vacation. This place is worth it for that alone. But also the check-in process and location and doormen were also all wonderful. Def recommend!

Se você está buscando um lugar pra ficar entre os melhores bairro da zona sul você encontrou, o flat da Roberta é perto de tudo que vc precisa, é só vc sair do flat e andar na rua já encontra tudo, salão de beleza, restaurantes, Açaí, todos os tipos de lojas, inclusive a melhor praia de Ipanema que tá bem ali só dá uma caminhadinha🏝️ A Roberta sempre muito atenciosa😘 Voltarei e recomendo muito👍👏❤️ Amei tudo❤️

L'endroit était propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé, à quelques minutes seulement de la plage et des restaurants. Alexandre s'est toujours montré très réactif et arrangeant avec nous. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et n'hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain voyage à Rio !

Uma das melhores hospedagem em que já fiquei, com toda certeza voltarei a me hospedar em uma outra data que estarei no Rj. Anfitrião muito gentil e proativo, super compreensível, flexível e prestativo!

A anfitriã, Júlia desde o começo da reserva foi super atenciosa e prestativa. Deu instruções claras sobre a acomodação, sempre muito educada e muito solícita. O lugar é exatamente como nas fotos e nos surpreendemos com o cuidado do lugar. Extremamente limpo, organizado e super equipado. A acomodação mais parecia um hotel. Júlia também foi flexível quanto a uma emergência que tivemos em relação a vaga da garagem. Super recomendo :)

O apartamento conseguiu acomodar 4 pessoas tranquilamente. Fica a poucos passos da praia de Copacabana. A anfitriã responde bem rápido.

Had a great 2-3 week stay at Gérome’s place. The apartment is basic, but very comfortable and equipped with everything you need to stay for a little while. WiFi was good enough to work from home too. Location is perfect - less than a minute to my favourite beach in Rio, lots of amenities nearby, and easy access to the rest of the city. Gérome was a great host - easy communication and really helpful with check-in/check-out times and organising a cleaner during my stay. Thanks, Gérome!

Gayatri ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die mitdenkt und viele wertvolle Tipps gibt. Man merkt, dass sie selbst viel gereist ist. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat schnell reagiert, einfach top! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Praktisch fand ich die große Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Mein Highlight war die italienische Espressokanne - allein dafür gibt es 100 Punkte! Bad auch groß und heiße Dusche. Der Arbeitsplatz sieht genau aus, wie auf den Fotos. Der Tisch ist eher klein, aber ausreichend für Laptop, Mouse und Mousepad. Minuspunkt war für mich die offene Crack-Szene in Catete, da hat Gayatri natürlich leider keinen Einfluss drauf.

A estadia foi bem tranquila, e a descrição condiz com o local. O Vanderson foi sempre solícito e tirou todas as minhas dúvidas. A localização é muito boa, o bairro possui muitas opções de comércio o que facilita no dia a dia.

Top locatie midden tussen de locals en de realiteit, als donker persoon kan ik alleen maar zeggen dat ik me thuis heb gevoel, ik heb genoten van de balie funk feesten in de favela na een korte ondervragen te heb en gehad, maar dat zal jij zelf ook doen als er een vreemde rond je huis zou lopen. Dit is inderdaad een aanrader voor de reizigers die stevig in hun schoenen staan

Nos gustó mucho nuestra estadía en Ilha da Gigoia y nos sentimos muy cómodos en el departamento de Luana. La isla tiene la ventaja de ser un espacio muy tranquilo en el marco de una ciudad como Rio de Janeiro. En departamento es pequeño pero práctico y acogedor. Volveríamos sin dudas.

Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!

Sandra var en utrolig gæstfri vært og på alle måder fik en til at føle sig velkommen! Lejligheden var suveræn og klart det bedste man kan finde til prisen! Jeg og min ven følte os hjemme og der var ingen problemer med noget som helst. Sandra var altid hurtig til at svare og gav masser af anbefalinger! Kan klart anbefale det og næste gang jeg skulle tage til Rio, så ville jeg klart komme tilbage🙌🏽

A quitinete está a meia quadra da Mem de Sá. Pra quem gosta de curtir a parte boa da Lapa esse é o lugar. Possuo utensílios de cozinha um ótimo fogão, micro-ondas, cafeteira e tudo pra cozinhar. O banheiro possui uma excelente ducha com bastante pressão. O guardarroupa é bem grande. O apartamento em geral é ótimo com porteiro 24 horas. Pontos a melhorar: O Ar condicionado não gela muito por ser portátil mas não deixa o calor do Rio de Janeiro permanecer. A cama podia melhorar o colchao. As toalhas poderiam ser melhores e a TV ser Smart. Esses pontos são apenas melhorias. Obrigado pela estadia excelente Sergio!
