All expectations were met: very good apartment, it has everything you need! Can't even talk about the view… It's worth a lot to stay and stay so close to the beach, being able to feel the sea breeze, looking at this amazing view all the time! It's too much! Power to hear the noise of the sea was also sensational… I love it! I felt with my foot in the sand even in the moments when I was in the apartment. It is a really suuuper airy space, at no time did I feel the need for air conditioning (I had this question). You have that fresh beach wind, both day and night. Just leave windows/glass open! It is a place that I will definitely return, and I will refer to my friends and family. The experience was wonderful! It is worth putting here for those reading that the beds are very comfortable (this counts a lot for me, having a good rest). Anyway, everything great. Vivian is very friendly and helpful. I was a few days old and worth too much!

Our stay in Capão da Canoa was excellent! We were looking for a quiet place to really rest, and Ramon's apartment met our needs. The location is great, we did everything on foot, the listing corresponds exactly to the photos. Ramon was always attentive and helpful, which made all the difference. The condominium is very clean and organized, and the caretaker deserves to be highlighted, super kind and available. The house is otima, close to the beach, a quiet, well-equipped and very safe place. Host Andressa, her husband and father very friendly and polite always willing to help, always in touch giving as much support as possible and responding to messages quickly. There's nothing to complain about, it was amazing! We will definitely return forever.

This is a great accommodation for those who go with children. We had an excellent experience with the condominium, with several options of activities, even in the winter. The hostess is an excellent person, always attentive and willing to assist. We definitely intend to return to another opportunity we have. Our gratitude to the host for the host!

We really like the house. Clean, organized and well ventilated. Comfortable beds. Hostess always helpful and responded quickly. We found the house a little far from the center and markets but very close to the beach.

Exactly, just like the pictures. Great location and sea view! Everything is very clean and organized, the bed linens and towels smell good, the kitchen is super-equipped. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot shower in the en-suite shower, but since there were two others, we didn't even call José Alan, but I'm sure he would have helped us as he did since the rental. I highly recommend it!

We loved the stay, everything as described and clean. Excellent condominium for those who want comfort and tranquility, especially with children. Several amenities such as the beach are just across the dunes, heated pool, indoor market, food truck on the weekend, among others. Host Jorge is very attentive and helpful. Respond quickly to questions. The house is quite spacious and served our family well. 9 adults (1 elderly) and 3 children. It has all the utensils to meet everyone's needs. The location is great. Close to the beach (5 short blocks), close to the market, butcher shop and bakery. In front of the residence there is a beautiful lake that is quite busy (people walking, fishing and drinking mate), but that does not interfere and does not disturb the people staying in the house. Internet and TV working well. The pool area is great. We used this space a little because the weather was cold (end of April) and the heating is solar and did not heat up enough. Negative points: Upon arriving at the house the floor was sticky and there was a musty smell because the house had probably been closed for quite some time. A quick clean-up was needed.

We loved our stay… house as described, excellent location, direct beach access, close to markets and downtown. Fabio was a great host, gave us directions to restaurants, responded very quickly and was flexible with check-in and check-out. Note 1000. We loved it.
