The house is very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature, in gated community and 24h security. The outdoor area has a large garden with palm trees, coconut palms and fruit trees. The barbecue place and table on the balcony allow a perfect integration between all guests, whether inside the house, in the garden, the pool and wet bar. The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.

A bungalow built artistically in every detail... a bathtub open to the woods with a glass ceiling gives the feeling of being immersed in nature, with a centenary fig tree in front and many birds... intimate and welcoming in connection with Nature, in contact with this reserve area of the Atlantic Forest. The other hot shower is on the deck open to the woods and is delightful day or night, with a starry sky and moonlight.

Grandpa's Corner

Space suitable for families/groups. Located on Boraceia/Bora Bora beach, and less than 50 meters from the beach. Spacious/comfortable house, garden, barbecue area, balcony, garage that accommodates 3/4 cars. We chose to charge per person/night (from 2 people) but on dates such as Christmas/New Year's Eve/Carnival the number of people and price are differentiated. Children up to 5 years old stay free. We have Wi-Fi.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
