The house is very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature, in gated community and 24h security. The outdoor area has a large garden with palm trees, coconut palms and fruit trees. The barbecue place and table on the balcony allow a perfect integration between all guests, whether inside the house, in the garden, the pool and wet bar. The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.

7 minute walk from Camburizinho Beach/Camburi Our house is very exclusive, practically the entire house has a sea view (minus the bathroom rs), bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and door to the balcony overlooking the sea. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

Space suitable for families/groups. Located on Boraceia/Bora Bora beach, and less than 50 meters from the beach. Spacious/comfortable house, garden, barbecue area, balcony, garage that accommodates 3/4 cars. We chose to charge per person/night (from 2 people) but on dates such as Christmas/New Year's Eve/Carnival the number of people and price are differentiated. Children up to 5 years old stay free. We have Wi-Fi.
