With my partner we stayed 7 nights in Simone's apartment. The apartment was as it appeared in the publication, very good and beautiful common areas and very friendly staff. The location is very good, a 3 minute walk from the main street, where everything is. Thank you very much Simone! We will be back!

It was an incredible experience, very well located, we didn't use the car for anything. We were able to get around on foot, and it was nice. One observation would be that there could be more variety of kitchen utensils, such as pots and glasses

We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

Very good experience. The apartment is very spacious and bright. It's in front of the beach. This allows both easy access and a beautiful view. Very good shower. It has very good soundproofing, which allows you to enjoy the light and view, while no sound gets in. To all this we must add that Jose always responded quickly. And very important: Djan's kindness and efficiency, who always responded quickly and with a very good disposition to any need. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful home! I felt at home, not to mention being super close to a beautiful lagoon. You can even walk. Restaurant in front of the lagoon to see the sunset. House designed in the smallest detail. Kitchen complete with everything and a wonderful garden to make every meal. Spacious bathroom not to mention that the whole house is a charm. I'm sure I'll come back more often. Sofi is very attentive and always responded very accurately, there was nothing missing in the hosting. Many thanks pearl and see you next time!

Janete was super friendly, she welcomed us to the house and gave us recommendations for Pipa. The house is very comfortable. It has an amazing view. It has a very comfortable bathroom and toilet. The photos of the room don't do it justice, much nicer in person!! Close to downtown but without noise, which is key because everything is on foot. I highly recommend it!

What a great house. Unfortunately the pictures do not do it justice. 3 separate floors of amazing views of the beach and city. Some nice local spots near by, i really liked the food place across the street. Pool was great. Loved loved luna, i think everyone will even if you dont like cats. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was excellent! The house is super clean, well organized and is in a great location — close to Ponta Negra beach, with a market and pharmacy a few steps away, which makes it much easier. The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for resting. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to help with anything needed. I felt very welcome and would definitely stay again. I recommend it without a doubt!

A really beautiful place! Walking distance to everything you need. Vanessa is very friendly and is always available for any small problem that may arise. I would definitely go again, and it's not as nice as it looks in the photos. We spent 10 nights of luxury, better impossible!

The accommodation is a nice place to stay with a kitchenette, hot shower and soft bed. You are quickly at all restaurants, the beach is close and you can go to the swimming pool. In addition, Daniel is super helpful and always responds quickly to questions! We even decided to extend our stay.

Easy check-in, the host answered all my questions, gave me very useful and well-explained information (including videos on how to get there). The apartment where we stayed is beautiful, inside an extremely beautiful condominium, well wooded and with a sensational swimming pool. Great location, you can enjoy all the excitement of downtown Pipa (which is 900m away) and still relax with all comfort and tranquility. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us very comfortably. I recommend the experience!

The apartment corresponds to the pictures. The garden is beautiful, well cared for. About the location, we like it very much, but it is far from the beach, with a rather steep and tiring descent/ climb, but using app cars is quite easy

the apartment DOES NOT MATCH the listing (laughs), reason: from the photos it looks like a dump and then you arrive and find a beautiful, comfortable, clean and pleasant AP. Check-in was a little complicated, but it was totally the hotel reception's fault, they said I didn't have the reservation, the names were different from ours, I arrived very late almost midnight and I had to bother the host by calling late hours (although he didn't answer us haha) and it was just a hotel communication error, other than that everything exceeded my expectations. It accommodates 6 people well, has a hammock, a balcony with a very nice table, two swimming pools, one near the reception and the other in a living space together with the Barramares condominium, 3 blocks, very wooded, the dishes can be used, there is no Airfryer but the rest is supplied, there was no drinking water. Finally, this experience exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to everyone, I hope to return soon!!
