The apartment is very nice, clean, super well located, comfortable! We traveled with my family (Group of 7 people) and we were all delighted with what the apartment and its surroundings offer. Located right on the beach, with very good social areas (pool, jacuzzi, gym, 24/7 micromarket and best of all, an unparalleled view. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely go back there! Hannah was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions! 5 Stars!

Hello, I loved the space, we went as 4 people and it was great, everything was the same as in the listing, everything working, well located building, it took us a while to see but there is a shop inside the building in the pool area, it is well worth it, because the nearby markets are 300m +... the beach is very close, one block away and there is a very good kiosk there and very easy to get to, 10 out of 10 for accommodation, I would love to stay there when I return from jericoacoara but unfortunately for me it is already rented, because I would definitely return, it would be great!!!!

The stay was excellent, the host was very helpful and collaborating! Perfect, beachfront location, all as described in the ad. all in their proper use! Just one piece of advice for Lydia: we missed a washing machine. But we rented according to the announcement that there would be no washing machine. Great value for money... recommend...well worth it! We will return!

We were very well received by Elizete! The apartment is great and very functional. I would like to highlight her attention to us. She always responded promptly, answering all questions and helping us. Another very positive point was that we had to check in at a very unusual time (we were returning from a tour) and she received us with the greatest sympathy! The apartment is very close to Crocobeach and other famous beach tents of the future, great location! I highly recommend it!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: beautiful, well decorated and with a wonderful view in both bedrooms! Super comfortable, clean and with an excellent location, close to the main nightlife attractions of Praia do Meireles, such as walking on the waterfront, eating, going to the fair and etc. You can do everything on foot. An extra good point was having a water filter WITH water and a Nespresso coffee machine available, which made the stay even more comfortable. Vanessa was exceptional: always helpful, polite and responded quickly to all my messages. I highly recommend it and I'm already thinking about coming back.

Fabulous find for those looking to get away with the family. The home is adorable, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The yard is big and quiet with wonderful porches for lounging and meals. We especially loved the way the kitchen connects to the outdoors making enjoying breakfast while enjoying the beautiful morning simple. Beds were comfortable and linens very clean. The beach was a short walk, and absolutely breathtaking. Check this place out, your family will love it

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Just to summarize the situation, I have rented several houses in Brazil but I have never seen such a beautiful and well-finished house... it is simply perfect! The space, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, all the bedrooms equipped with their sheets, the bathrooms with their towels and bath products, the pool, the barbecue area, the proximity to the beach. In addition to all these qualities, we must highlight the attention of the owners Flávia and Bram, always available at any time, the relationship ceases to be between the customer and the rental company and becomes simply friendly. Great stay. Home is just like the pictures. Mr. Geraldo is very receptive and friendly, always willing to help. Nadson is extremely attentive and concerned. Always clarifying doubts about the location and how to get around. Very cozy, spacious, clean and comfortable house. Perfect pool! Safe house and large kitchen with plenty of utensils. The location is very close to the beach. If you have any questions, Nadson always helps and recommends someone. Definitely the best stay.

I want to record how much Manoel's attention made a difference in our stay: from the first contact, he was helpful and always attentive, even granting us a late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy Beach Park with peace of mind. The location of your property is simply unbeatable, a few meters from Beach Park and with direct access through the entrance on the beach side – facilitating not only the comings and goings during the day, but also the night walks in the region, full of restaurants, shops and events. The condominium's structure, with a swimming pool and playground, perfectly met the children's needs, and the full kitchen, with all the necessary utensils, made our routine more practical and enjoyable. In addition, the TVs in the living room and bedrooms ensured moments of rest and entertainment for the whole family. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely recommend your apartment to friends and family. Thank you so much for everything and I hope to be back soon!

Denise’s apartment is just wonderful! Fully equipped and she even provided a crib for our baby, which made a huge difference in our experience. Her communication was always quick and proactive and she solved every little issue we had. I can’t thank her enough for the amazing stay!

Very well located condominium, by the sea, the apartment is on the first floor and it is easy to access the beach, facing the sea, next to the stairs that exit the balcony to the condominium patio, there is a playground, the pool is wonderful, easy and quick check-in, two parking spaces, full kitchen for preparing meals, including our breakfasts, which were every day in the apartment and we made dinner too, located near the beach park, Quiet beach to enjoy and plenty of space for children, there is a beach volleyball court that belongs to the condominium and football, I took my three dogs (Yorkshire terriers) and there was plenty of space to walk with them. Daniel is an excellent host, from the first contact until the departure from the apartment, he always responded very quickly and gave all the necessary instructions, he is to be congratulated on everything! Anyway, I recommend it and I will definitely stay at Terramaris again, an excellent place!

Impeccable apartment in great condition, extremely pleasant location, the host is very present and responds quickly, the house accommodates 6 people comfortably, it has a great sound and TV in the living room and the beds are very comfortable!

Everything is very organized, 24-hour security, there is a grocery store inside the condominium, a wonderful swimming pool, the host is always concerned with the guests....we will definitely come back more often....
