The stay was perfect.. I only have compliments and thank your José Antônio, always helpful and a sympathy note 10.. The house is very beautiful, as well as but photos. It is close to the beach and had all the structure for us to take with cart. It all came out as agreed.. It was all wonderful... we will go back and we will indicate for sure.

The house is nice with a nice backyard for pets. On the back a very good barbecue grill and table. It was a very good stay. Leandro was very kind and responded quickly.

It was the second time we came and once again it was all good.... we love the shipyard beach, quiet, calm waves for children, a place surrounded by nature, and the cottage with everything we need for a quiet stay... we will definitely come back because it has become our favorite. It has everything we like and look for.

The house is much better than in the photos. Extremely clean,complete and beautiful decor.The kitchen is a chapter by part, because even I am a chef,I was impressed. I found everything I needed,from utensils, to the dishes of great taste. If I had to suggest something,it would just be put one more refrigerator or freezer to complete what is already very good. The condominium is a true paradise. About the hosts I have never been treated so well as a guest.Super gentle,polite and flexible.Anderson and Milena understood the problem I had of being on site on a weekend of heavy rainfall and had a surreal empathy with me, helping me far beyond their obligation. If not for them,the weekend that was to celebrate my birthday would have been a fiasco,due to so many problems I had on the road. I am extremely grateful to this amazing couple. I'll definitely be back in a sunny season to enjoy the house and the place better.

Our stay was unforgettable,we went in 2 adults and 2 children and the house fully met our expectations,Ândria is an excellent host very helpful and concerned about our well-being,the house is super clean and contains all necessary items for a comfortable stay. The beach next door is wonderful,especially for children and those who want quiet, it has everything close,market,pharmacy,cellar, gas station, we will definitely be back soon!

I was delighted, from the moment of booking until the last day always answering questions, giving suggestions and was very flexible at check out, very quiet condominium, with extremely polite and requested employees. Close to market and hospital, very close beaches, easy to reach, a very cozy and welcoming place, we spent 05 incredible days

Great place to stay in Ubatuba! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, cozy and well equiped. Ideal location for not relying on a car by night to travel to the center of Itaguá, with a wide choice of restaurants and shops. I did not have the opportunity to meet Júlio in person, but I easily checked in with his instructions, which has always been very requested.

We had an excellent experience in the accommodation! The place is exactly as in the pictures — clean, well organized and very comfortable. The host was helpful from the start. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay.

We love the stay, the Studio has a great location, very close to the beach it has a way to walk smoothly, great swimming pool, the gym spaces, game room are very good too! Local was clean, and very pleasant, has air conditioning, fan, elevator, wifi, utensils in the kitchen at your disposal. Hostess responds quickly and very cordial. We will definitely be back !

Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again.

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

The stay was excellent, Rebeca is very kind and helpful, Mr. Antônio received us very well and helped us with everything we needed. We had excellent days, the place is large, comfortable, well equipped, the location is wonderful for walking, the pool is large, the barbecue is very good. We love celebrating my grandmother's 80th birthday!

Our stay was simply perfect! The house was beautiful, cozy and extremely clean. It smelled nice and was very organized. We do not miss anything at all. It had everything and more. The kitchen is complete in utensils and appliances. Clean bathrooms and hot showers. The rooms are comfortable, with very clean linens and towels. Anyway, a lot of care and pampering from the hosts. Mr. Antônio and Selma are extremely polite and helpful. Very nice people. We wish we could have spent longer there! But we'll definitely be back soon!

The cottage is charming! Super comfortable bed, small kitchen, but serves quick meals! For us, the highlight is the view of the mountains of the Serra do Mar... simply amazing, and there was a beautiful flower arrangement in the chalet (bamboo orchid). You can see that they take great care of the space, the landscaping of the property is beautiful. Because it is in the middle of nature, it is good to take repellent, the mosquitoes are party animals. We had a power outage on 2 nights, but Ursula had already warned us (we are far from the center), on the first night heavy rain ended around 9:00 p.m., and returned at dawn. Your sister-in-law brought some candles... There's a lake with ducks, they're docile and wait for food, lol. It was an incredible experience, Ursula responds quickly, everything was smooth!

We spent a week at Sitio do França, Pouso Alto. Despite the rain in the first 3 days, the stay was very good. It met our expectations, a place with preserved nature, close to the village of Pouso Alto with access to grocery stores and other necessities, in addition to allowing good walks. The place produces organic vegetables, which was great, because we are vegetarians. It is worth noting the welcome and attention of the caretaker (Jai), who is always attentive. Anyway, a good experience that is worth repeating.

Perfect stay, beautiful, clean and comfortable home. I highly recommend and I intend to return!
