We were very well received and we had all the necessary assistance from the beginning to the end of the stay. Milton is a very good guy and always willing to help and make our vacation the best possible. Extremely clean, organized and all necessary house for summer holidays! We were among 13 people and we love staying in this residential! The house is the same in the photos! It had all the utensils announced! Very close to the sea and guitar lagoon! Donos always very kind and responded very quickly to what was questioned! Each is extremely clean! Swimming pool always being cared for by the owners! We enjoy the days at the house a lot and we will return at another opportunity!

Me and my family love the time we spent in the apartment! The place was impeccable and beautiful, the rooms were cozy, the location couldn't be better! Near the center, close to the beach, close to the lagoon, close to markets, shops, cool restaurants, gyms ❤️ She welcomed us very well and was super flexible! I recommend it too much! (It has towels, bedding, chairs, sunspots and even a beach cart that makes life easier).

The apartment is wonderful! Space, location, cleanliness and kindness of the hostess and Fernanda, made our stay unforgettable! We spent great moments between family and with accommodations that also allowed privacy, when necessary. The apartment is located close to the center, Mampituba River and Mar… We feel very safe in the location and its surroundings! We all love and want to convey in words how wonderful it was to be in this environment! We recommend and will be back for sure!

We love hosting! Elizete was very kind and very proactive with all the requests, being an excellent host. The location is great and everything was very organized. One highlight was the flexibility of the check in and check-out times.

Luciana served us every time we need to talk to her . Helpful and attentive. We arrived at the site and punctually it was there to pass on the keys. The place was clean and organized. Very quiet as we needed to rest. Easy location and close to Supermarket, shops and bakeries. Alias a bakery Vosso bread and wonderful (many tasty things and great service. Tb is close to the beach. We love the hammock on the balcony and great shower. Anyway, when possible we will go back. At the exit we needed to hand over the keys and once again it was very punctual. Great stay. Super friendly and helpful hamlet. The very cozy apartment, space and comfortable. but I think an extra air conditioning in the apartment or suite would help to relieve the heat, as it was a little muffled by the sun that was taking the building all day. The city has fans but I believe an air conditioner would be better. Other than that, everything is a 10. Quiet environment, great location close to the gas station and market, place in mind. Gratitude for the stay and kindness I hope to return.

The apartment is impeccably clean, well taken care and prepared to welcome guests with all the comfort. The beach is quiet, very family and with few people. Great for children, as the length of sand is huge. Tati and her family were welcoming and caring.

It is good lodging near a beach on average quieter than the others, close to a well-stocked market and not so far from downtown. The accommodations are cozy. has a good pool.

We spent the carnival holiday and had a great stay! Very complete apartment, with great location, cozy and well organized. Inalda's attention was also exceptional, always available to answer potential questions. I recommend!!
