Superior house ideal for families, located 6 blocks from Barrinha beach, close to markets, pharmacies and bakeries. It has two bedrooms with a box bed, plus a double mattress or 2 single mattresses, depending on the number of guests, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a barbecue with a counter. There is a place in the enclosed courtyard to park up to 2 cars. The apartment advertised is on the top floor of a townhouse on the corner. The single-story house is rented separately.

The location is safe, with cameras. Flexible check-in and check-out, depending on availability. I provide bed and bath linens, except from December to March.
