Well-located apartment within the condominium. Ideal apartment for 4 guests, airy and bright, with a small, uncovered balcony. When renting to two people who are not a couple, please let me know. In the single bathroom, the shower stall has only one pane of glass (it works better that way). To add an additional guest, there will be a charge of 100 reais per night.

Our accommodation is SMART, with connection to Alexa and TV connected to the main streaming services. Surrounded by preserved forest, you will experience very quiet days, relaxing in the hammock, pool or sofa. And the super Maldives breakfast can be served in the room or pool (contracted separately).

Em 1 minuto caminhando já estamos com pé na areia! Temos barraca e cadeiras de praia. A casa possui 1 suíte, 1 quarto triplo, sala com cozinha americana, varanda e um espaçoso jardim atrás da casa. Nossa velha casinha de pescador se renovou e é um sonho realizado ter ela tão gostosa para receber nossos hóspedes. Preparamos sempre o melhor.

Nice house, on the sand, facing the sea of Arraial do Cabo. We are 6 km, 11 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds.
