My family loved it, the house is very cozy, we feel at home, we went in 10 people and accommodated everyone well, Marcela a grace, responds fast, well requests. We had no counter time during our stay. Casa Clean, new furniture, kitchenware, lined beds, in the end, everything perfect, recommend and sure at the next opportunity we will return.

It was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at, as they deliver hotel standard cleaning and hygiene (which should be the standard for all stays but is unfortunately rare). The house is very spacious and I was able to spend time with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is a delight, surrounded by greenery, it hardly looks like an urban beach. I would definitely come back.

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean, air-conditioned in every room, TV and other items working perfectly. The street is quiet, and the Almir and Brunno were super attentive from start to finish. I recommend it!

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

It was a wonderful experience! My family and I loved staying at Paty's place. We had an unforgettable Carnival holiday, and the house exceeded our expectations, just as in the ad, and even better in person. We take great advantage of the pool, the rooms are well airy and equipped with fans, and the house has everything we need, without any worries. The home town is extremely polite and thoughtful, and Paty was an amazing host from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

Kleber's place is excellent, identical to the listing. We were in a group of 18 people, and the accommodations were perfect, all the facilities of the house such as shower, air-conditioning and lamps work perfectly. We were very well accommodated. The house was very clean when we arrived. And Kleber and Fernanda were very quick and quick to answer us, and they helped us in what was needed. I make an observation about the presence in the house, of animals from the forest, which is at the bottom of the house. If there are people in the house, they don't enter, but if everyone leaves, you have to close all the doors and windows so they don't come in. The house is wonderful, and it has served us very well.

I was at the carnival in the house and it was wonderful! The house is very wide, very cozy, close to the beach and easy access to market and pharmacies. The swimming pool is exceptional for both children and adults. The backyard of the house has plenty of space with many trees that make wonderful shadows! Carol was very attentive throughout the stay, we'll definitely go again!

The rental is a good value. The Condomínio Morada da Praia is close to the beach (at least for the houses that are closer to the entrance, such as Regina's). It's a huge condominium, with a good variety of shops. A safe and quiet place. Regina's house accommodates 4 people very well, with the necessary comfort. I don't remember anything missing. The pool is a highlight, with above-average measurements. I recommend it.
