Vacation rentals with a patio in Praia A Mare

Lovely place, great pool with easy access plenty of room and no deep parts . Need transport to get to beach or town, Walkable but very steep walk back. Owners provided good advice for restaurants shops etc and always answered queries promptly and nicely . Ideally could have done with aircon in both bedrooms, it was very warm when we visited and we weren’t used to the heat. We flew into Brindisi, it was an amazing trip across, very scenic incredible views, leave enough time tho’ wouldn’t want you to do it in the dark as some of the roads had a few narrow hair pin bends! Overall a great holiday Thank you 😀

Gerardo was a lovely host, we were greeted at the house with wine and snacks and Gerardo gave us great local recommendations. Very close to the beautiful beaches of Praia a Mare, though it’s not very easy to get down there by foot - you need a car to get down to the town/beach. The only thing we didn’t like about the house was that there were no fans in the bedrooms and it was very hot in there. There is AC in the living area which stays very nice and cool. Would recommend this place for small families as the beach at Praia is fantastic for children and families.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Apartment on two floors complete with everything you need located inside a residence with a pool, excellent communication as the host is on site. Downtown Scalea is a couple of minutes away by car. Recommended

Karolina's apartment was completely new and tastefully furnished. It had all the comforts. The location of the apartment was also good: close to the old town and with sea views. Communication with Karoline was pleasant. Thank you for staying in your nice apartment, Karolina!

Accommodation matching the description, immersed in a quiet and peaceful place. All the essentials (sheets, towels, soap, etc.) are provided for both the bedroom and the bathroom and kitchen that allow you to stay without further purchases. Ideal for those who want to combine both mountain and sea vacations. I recommend it.

Franco is a really exceptional host, he and his wife welcomed us very well and provided us with all the details of the house in a meticulous way. We spent a very pleasant week of relaxation, and their home is a small corner of paradise for those looking for peace and tranquility. We're already in the process of reorganizing another weekend with them.

I've only been in this place for a day, unfortunately. Extremely comfortable, large and spacious accommodation. Equipped with two very comfortable bathrooms. Very useful for parallelizing the classic morning operations. Large and well-stocked rooms. There are more air conditioners than doors😅. Even the kitchen is extremely well-stocked

Perfect! The house is as pictured, infact,better!It's really hard to get a flaw. Kitchen equipped with all new appliances, including the bathroom. Very clean apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Car parking is located below the house and from the terrace there is a beautiful view "sea and mountains". We thank Simone and Ralf for their hospitality,they are wonderful people and they made us feel at home. Super-recommended!

Lucie's apartment is very nice and well maintained, it is equipped with everything from toilet paper to soap dishes to ball to play. Lucie is a very kind and helpful person and responds quickly to messages. Even check-in despite her absence was very simple because she had provided us with all the information in detail. The apartment is in a very quiet park, overlooking the sea, you almost always have to take the car but it is in a place where you can reach every destination quickly. Our experience has been really positive. Calabria is a wonderful land, enchanting places and good food, too bad it is not always well maintained and valued.

This apartment was very large and open and felt like home. So easy to walk to the beach, train station, old town and town center. Absolute perfect location for not having a car! The owner and property managers go above and beyond to help with anything you could possibly need. Incredibly responsive and friendly. Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space. An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .

Great host, responsive and helpful! Home was just as pictured with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The pedestrian stairs down to town (about 4 sections) made it easy to leave the car parked at the apartment and wander the old town and the beach. Great value, highly recommend!
