We built a luxury bathroom , perfectly sized . The flat is located in a lovely area , with a plenty of nice coffees , restaurants and bars .

The flat itself is a small cozy studio made of one bright room fully refurbished with a sizable and functional kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.
