In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Our small house is 105 m2 with three rooms, large living room. Kitchen with most amenities. There is a wood-burning stove, gas grill, washing machine, wifi, chromecast, covered terrace , possibility of storing bikes in an enclosed basement. Important to know: The house is not furnished as a rental house, but personally. The only thing we expect is that the house is left in nice and clean upon departure. Close to shopping, harbor and beach. Præstø is a small cozy town with about an hour's drive to Copenhagen and Møns Klint.

Large partially covered patio and spa, as well as fire pit area. In the summer and early autumn, fruits grow in several places in the area you can freely eat from.

The old pigeon

Bring the whole family to this great place. The old dovecote has just been fully renovated after standing still for 35 years. It was in the late 1980s that the building stopped being used for pigeons and chickens, and today it is newly renovated with 80% recycled materials that should have been thrown out on construction sites, but which were instead used to build this fun little home. The home is located right in the center of Zealand and the islands, with a 1-hour drive to Copenhagen, among other places.

Der er 1 soveværelse + opholdsrum/stue med sovesofa, spiseplads, (WiFI), tv og egen terrasse og lille have, hvor der kan grilles i aftensolen. Der er adgang til køkken og eget bad/toilet. Ideelt til et par + evt. mindre barn. Ved booking over 2 personer (+ baby/mindre barn) får I et ekstra værelse med op til 4 sovepladser samt et ekstra spiserum.

With nature in the backyard, there's room for relaxation at a high level. Outside the door there is access to an amazing garden with bird whistle and charm. The house is close to the water, Præstø city, the forest tower and the scenic Møn, so there is a good opportunity for eventful excursions. I live in another house on the property myself. Enjoy the evening sun on the outdoor area with a good cup of coffee and a lovely book - or just what you need.
