The host is a 10/10. From day 1 it was pending. The location is very central and you feel very comfortable. It's a quiet place and there's very good commerce. Inside the apt everything in perfect condition. If I could give better communication I would give it. Thank you

The place is very beautiful and the service was great. The neighborhood is minutes away from the main shopping and dining areas of Laureles. And at night, even though there are restaurants nearby, the noise is not excessive. It's going to be one of my favorite places to stay in the city every time I come back.

Our hosts were extremely pleasant and flexible! The house met our expectations with its pleasant open-air courtyard. The neighborhood doesn't have a great reputation but we felt safe and there is everything you need (supermarket, metro, etc.) nearby. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place in Aranjuez neighborhood area. 15 minute walk to metro, if noise bothers you bring ear plugs to sleep, road is busy at night. Yefer is very friendly and always responds to any questions. The place is just like the photos and perfect for the 5 people we had staying there. Could definitely fit a few more people up to 8 like the description says.

A spacy apartment in the normal residential area. safe, quiet and inexpensive place for long stay and short visit. Edwin is nice and hospitable as well as his family living in the same building. if you are a person who doesn't like to walk around hills all the time, maybe the area will be a challenging for you to walk around, but it is Medellin, kinda hard to find completely flat areas anyway.

This apartment is amazing , it was big enough for me and my family , quiet and peaceful , pool was great, insight parking was algo great , easy to get around. Would stay here again when visiting Medellin.

Great place! The location doesn’t have parking slot but the apartment itself is amazing!

A place as described in the photos, plus a balcony overlooking the street, it has everything you need, microwave, coffee makers, extra sheets, Netflix, it just doesn't have a washing machine, in front there is a laundry... Rent this place if you don't mind the noise, since the only quiet day is on Sunday, but you can always hear the cars, motorcycles and keep in mind that there are a lot of people (gamin) around and it can be a little annoying... in the end it's a merchant area.

A private penthouse getaway close to everything we wanted to do in Manila/El Poblado. So many excellent cafés and restaurants within a few blocks, and more just a few minutes walk away. A great grocery store nearby. A quick walk to the metro. The hosts are readily available. There are two AC units for a fast cool-down, but aren’t needed most nights. The entire space was immaculate and the kitchen had more supplies than we would ever use. We LOVED it!

Luis Felipe is a EXCELLENT Host, he was always very Helpful and Cumminicated very well. He helped in All Aspects I needed help with through out my stay. The apartment was very comfortable especially the Queen size bed. I slept like a baby. 😴The neighborhers were also very friendly and helpful. But what was OUTSTANDING!!!Was the Roof Top Balcony VIEW of Beautiful Medellin. 👀 It was a excellent stay and I recommend it to EVERYONE!!!

Alejo was a great host. Kind and empathetic, always attentive. This is my second time staying here and the first time I left something behind. Alejo kept my item for months safely and returned it to me when I came back. Great guy, great apartment.

Very friendly and helpful at all times, we had a problem with the hot water but they helped us solve it. There are several shops and places to eat in the area.
