It was a stay that exceeded expectations, the apartment comfortable, the beds very comfortable, the comfortable rooms, something to highlight is the sea view you have of the room and the balcony, it is incredible and the sunsets on the roof, beautiful. The building staff is always attentive and very friendly, the beach is quiet, comfortable. Without hesitation we would return. Thank you for everything Camilo!

We stayed at this apartment for a month, and while the building itself is fantastic—with a great pool, jacuzzis, security, and a prime location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants—the apartment is better suited for short stays (up to 4 days). The main drawbacks were the lack of proper air conditioning (only a weak unit in the bedroom making it hard to cool the living area), an uncomfortable bed, and a poorly equipped kitchen, which only allowed for very basic meal prep. There were also some missing essentials. The balcony had a beautiful mountain view but faced a busy street, making it a bit noicy. The lack of a dining table inside made eating at home inconvenient. While there was an outdoor table on the balcony, the heat, traffic noise, and the dust didn’t make it an appealing dining spot. On the positive side, the host was incredibly kind, always responsive, and genuinely tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. His hospitality was a highlight of our experience.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and even nicer than in the pictures. It was a great stay with really nice amenities and we had everything we needed during our stay. Would recommend this place and stay here again when in Santa Marta.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Palanque. We were two families and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location near the center of town was so convenient for dinners out. Francia cooked breakfast for us each morning. Luis went above and beyond to answer all our questions and point us in the right direction to plan tours, transportation, laundry, and Francia. We would definitely recommend staying at this house in Santa Marta!

The apartment is very beautiful, just as described and as seen in the photos. It has very modern and tasteful finishes. The bathrooms are modern and comfortable. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The apartment has all the elements for a short or long stay. The view from the balcony towards the sea is very beautiful. The residential complex has many interesting amenities, such as swimming pools, a sauna, an entertainment room, and it has a safe beach area. You will have direct access to the beach. There is a minimarket within the same residential complex to buy basic elements, which makes shopping easier and you can find everything. It is easy to get around by Taxi or Uber and it is 15 minutes from the airport and approximately 25 minutes from Santa Marta. I recommend this place to visit and would definitely consider returning. Thank you very much!

It is a spacious house, ideal for large groups, to get to the house there are quite a few stairs but in general no problem. It is approximately 15 minutes (walking) from the nearest beach in colorful wells, a nice and quiet beach. The shops are far away walking, better if they have a car or take transportation. Mrs. Patricia is very kind and don Pablo always responds to any situation or concerns. We would come back.

We had an exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Alana, who was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her generosity was evident when she picked up breakfast snacks early in the morning ahead of our planned excursion—a gesture that truly made a difference in our stay. The accommodations were spacious, with ample shelf and closet space that provided convenience and organization. While some of the sliding bathroom doors could use minor repairs, this was by no means a significant issue and did not affect the overall quality of our experience. One delightful bonus was the presence of a charming and tame house cat who occasionally made an appearance, adding a cozy and welcoming touch to the home. Our only regret was not staying longer, as the experience was nothing short of wonderful. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-hosted stay.

Carlos is an excellent host, the apartment is beautiful, the complex too, the luxury facilities with all its pools, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzis, you had to make an appointment to get in (except for the pool), which made it orderly and the services were not crowded, the only inconvenience was at the time of booking we were 4 but it was for 1 person, and one day before arrival an additional charge was made for 2 people, this was not stipulated in its public policies, Airbnb helped us with a bonus but we still had to make the payment of almost 1 million additional. There is no porter service within the complex, leaving luggage in Santa Marta is not so easy.
