Spacious villa, in the heart of the north.

Pouembout is 1 hour from Bourail, 1 hour from Koumac, and 1 hour from Poindimié. My villa is 500 m max (= a few minutes' walk) from: aquatic center, kindergarten/primary school, restaurant, town hall, market, post office, media library, 2 pharmacies and general practitioners, physiotherapist, radiologist, cardiologist, Nakamal, food, wine shop, Shell, Darty, hairdresser-massage salon, pastry chef/baker, 2 butchers, pizzeria, stationery, stadium, sports hall, tennis, basketball-volleyball, skate, etc! This heart of the town is quiet.

A circular above-ground pool is situated in a spacious garden, surrounded by greenery and gently rolling hills. A secure step ladder leads to the pool, which is filled with clear water. In the foreground, a swing set and a dog resting on the grass are visible.

Our house is a family home in the middle of nature quiet but located 5 minutes from the village of Pouembout and all amenities. Large garden of 50 ares not overlooked with mountain views In the garden: Large chicken coop with chickens (fresh eggs guaranteed every day), creek at the bottom of the garden ideal for relaxing in the shade and wading, vegetable garden and swing and slide for children. Above ground pool that can be secured for children by removing the access ladder.

Nice little colonial house.

In the heart of the village of Bourail, you will enjoy a pretty little old and typical colonial house, made of wood, at full foot with its garden. Air-conditioned rooms! 5 minutes' walk from all amenities. Reading and board games, barbecue, swimming, diving, hiking or cycling on the beautiful site of Déva, surfing at La Roche Percée, kitesurfing and kayaking in Poé, all within 10-20 min drive from the house. No TV but unlimited free internet connection.

F2 furnished chalet with a covered terrace, magnificent views of the Pouembout valley, in a "natural setting" and the only noise is the surrounding nature and animals. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen with gas hob, fridge and microwave. You will be completely independent for your meals. Also, a small private bathroom, and one bedroom with double bed in 160 cm. A sofa/bed in the kitchen/living room module. The home comes with WiFi.

Ideal for those who love peace and quiet, enjoy a revitalizing stay in our home. The view of the mountain range invites you to relax by the pool. Located in a residential valley just 7 minutes from the village, all amenities are close by. The beaches of La Roche Percée and Poé, as well as the Déva Nature Reserve, are within 15 to 25 minutes. At night, the home's bioclimatic design ensures a restful sleep.

Small charming cocoon located in a supervised residence in the village of Bourail. great for a romantic weekend, the apartment is just a short walk to shops (butcher, grocery store, bakery,...etc.) but also a few minutes' drive from the most must-see sites in the region (- 10 min from La Roche Percée, 15 min from Poé plage). It has a private swimming pool.

This spacious accommodation is good for groups. Fully equipped and decorated, a unique "guesthouse" to discover in New Caledonia. It is absolutely necessary to arrive before the night for the sublime sunset over the sea! The hot tub on the terrace facing the bush of Pouembout is an exceptional moment of relaxation.
