Remote holiday home directly by the sea!

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

we really enjoyed staing in this apartment, everything we needed was here and our host was very propper to manage wat was missed (coffee filters :)) the view on Biokovo was beautiful and private path to the beach not very long. very precise welcoming by our host was really cute ;) Thank you.

We had a fabulous time here. It is one part of a larger house (but nobody else is in the other part). The decoration is a mixture of modern and traditional. The balcony has an incredible view and is very comfortable. Povlja is a beautiful village set around a harbour with several restaurants, shops, cafes and an ATM. Swimming is great in the crystal clear waters. The bed we slept on was very comfortable. Be aware that the air conditioning is in the hallway rather than the bedrooms, so the bedroooms can be warm at night. We were sad to leave and would love to come back again.

A stone pathway leads through a landscaped outdoor area framed by olive trees, with views of the sea visible in the background. Natural stone walls and a shaded seating area contribute to a serene atmosphere, allowing guests to appreciate the surrounding nature.

Very charming house with a beautiful location. Private and quiet place. Great outdoor facilities. The host was very friendly. Possible to walk down to Povlja and back, but would highly recommend having a car and use the house as a base for exploring the island.

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Thank you

We had a great stay in the villa! The location is beautiful with a great view. The villa is remote but we felt this added to the experience giving privacy. The villa is extremely well equipped for all needs, beautifully finished giving an element of luxury, with more than enough room for our group of four. The pool and outside areas were great too, plenty of seating and tables by the pool, under cover and by the bbq. We even managed to use the pool in late October! Niksa was a great host always available and ready to help. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a really great stay and Tonci was very helpful showing us local places to eat as it was winter time and less places available than tourist season. Anything we needed they were happy to help us..very nice hosts!!!

This place is amazing…..it is just like the pictures and better. The house is lovely and has everything you need. Ivan left us a lovely welcome pack and plenty of the essentials like toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, oil, salt, pepper etc. The jewel in the crown for this property is the pool and the view - absolutely amazing. The village is a short (if steep) walk away - about 15 minutes where there are a few restaurants and bars and a bit further on a lovely bathing area.
