You will enjoy the swimming pool heated to 28°, the pétanque court, the ping pong table and the wooded garden as well as other activities. An enclosed garden is next to the terrace for the safety of children We will be happy to welcome you and accompany you during your stay.

The cottage is attached to our house, southwest facing, independent with a large wooden terrace, enclosed private garden, on a property of meadows and woods, LPO refuge. In the heart of nature, easy access, 30 minutes from Rennes, it is ideal for family or professional stays. The house, old, restored with eco-friendly materials will ensure a healthy, decorative and warm atmosphere. You will experience the countryside in peace, in a very comfortable living space.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
