Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Positano Spiaggia

The absolute best airbnb and host that we had during our two week trip to Italy. The apartment is stunning, and even better than the photos. We actually decided to stay in and cook dinner two of the nights because of how peaceful the space is and the gorgeous views everywhere you look. Barbara was incredible - helping us coordinate travel, always responsive and such a pleasant and kind person. Already thinking of planning our return trip!

Our home in Positano was the most beautiful in a most beautiful city. It was even better than the photos and exceeded our dreams. Fabrizia answered all my pre-trip concerns and questions and set us up with airport transfer and private driver. Carmella let us in and clearly explained everything at check in. The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen had everything we could need. The stairs are serious but all of Positano is stairs; that is part of the adventure of choosing to stay there. The home location was easy for grocery, restaurant, bus stop, and may I say once more, perfect for beauty.

What an amazing place to stay! The family were so welcoming and helpful with recommendations of places to visit and eat. The house is beautiful, very tastefully decorated with everything you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The views were absolutely phenomenal! The pictures do not do it justice and the garden was immaculately kept, felt very luxurious. The living space was great with a lovely fireplace making the evenings nice and cosy. Whilst extremely communicative hosts they did not bother us during our stay and the location was very private, but were very quick to respond if we needed anything. The only downside is that the views come with some difficult terrain to get there! Probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues without a hire car. As a semi fit young couple even we struggled up the hill after dinner! But ultimately the location would not put us off returning.

We had such a great time in Positano at this apartment! First, the hosts were so responsive and pleasant to interact with. We were greeted at a restaurant and helped with our bags down a couple of flights of stairs to the apartment. The place is so charming and full of light. It’s larger than it seemed to me in the photos. The views were insane! We felt so lucky to have found this exact place. Everything in Positano is either a walk-up or walk-down…lots of steps and stairs.. but this place was very conveniently located near restaurants and shops so that if you were tired from a long day of exploring, you could easily have a nice dinner or grab provisions near your place. We would definitely highly recommend place and if Simona has other properties to rent I would recommend her company in general because they took excellent care of us and responded within minutes if we had questions or needed anything. Great place and great host!

Licia is the best air b n b host we have ever had! She made our trip seamless and was helpful in coordinating reservations and cabs. She is as very sweet and all of her recommendations were spot on. The home was even more beautiful than the photos. As the listing and many reviews state, it is at the top of Positano. The walk down was reasonable with many steps but only about 15-20 min to town. My mother was able to make it back up the steps one time but she did not prefer it and it took us around 45 mi, but like I said Lucia helped us coordinate rides and gave us bus instructions. There is also a nice restaurant at the top of the hill across the street called da constantino if you have a night you do not want to go to town.

Our home provided everything we needed and the location was immaculate. Anna Maria is an adorable person and helped us a lot!! He had also left us chocolates for the welcome that we ate right away! The two bathrooms worked really well for us! We also met their beautiful dog who only wanted to caress. Thank you so much for everything

This place in Nocelle is truly special. Getting there involves a bit of a challenging drive, but it's absolutely worth it. The house is a charming, well-maintained old Italian home with breathtaking views over Positano and the sea. The yard is lovely and inviting – I especially enjoyed sitting outside with a beer, watching the sun go down. Being right on the Path of the Gods trail is a fantastic bonus for anyone who enjoys hiking. A peaceful and memorable spot, perfect for experiencing the magic of the Amalfi Coast away from the crowds.

I loved staying at this apartment in Naples which was very close to the city centre. Everything was very clean and tidy and there were even some snacks/breakfast essentials in a basket which added a nice touch. I can highly recommend this stay and Valerio was a great host!

A lovely spacious apartment close to Pompei railway station. Plenty of space for everyone and great facilities. We had a lovely time after a very cramped apartment in Florence. Check in was very simple. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Pompeii archaeological park is also a short stroll away. Was a little noisy at night because of the main road and railway line, but that didn't bother us and it was still nice sat out on the balcony. The keys are a little temperamental: to get into building's shared door the key needs to be pulled back 1-2mm and turned clockwise. To get into the apartment door you push the key in and then push a little deeper as you turn clockwise to unlock. Hope this helps future guests!

Luigi was not in town when we stayed so his daughter was just as friendly and responsive. Our stay was exactly as described. The place was clean, well equipped and the location was perfect for walking to metro, shops, sights, restaurants and the port, where we took the ferry to Ischia. Overall it was a very nice stay.

This was so much more than just an Airbnb—it was truly a special experience. From the moment we booked, Gabriella and Giuseppe went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Gabriella arranged all our transfers to and from the station and airport, even on Easter morning, which was such a gift. She also helped book us a cooking class in a beautiful location. The personal touches made this stay unforgettable. Gabriella left us an abundance of fresh vegetables, and we made homemade sauce one night that felt like something out of a dream. The kids had so much fun making fresh orange juice every morning. Giuseppe was like our local guide—he made sure we didn’t miss the hidden gems of Furore and even checked in on us after dinner one evening to see if we needed a ride home. We had the pleasure of staying at Vittorio's Villa in Praiano, and I can’t recommend it enough! The views from the villa were breathtakingly beautiful. Waking up to the sunrise over the sea was truly a magical experience. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, luxurious and homey. We felt at ease from the moment we stepped inside. Vittorio and Francesca were responsive and helpful, providing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and must-see sights. It was clear they genuinely cared about their guests' experience, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. This place and hosts genuinely exceeded all our expectations. Villa Rosella was absolutely spotless and immaculate! Franco (host) who lives right above the villa, thoughtfully provided us with a bottle of local wine, coffee, and some basicfood which was such a lovely touch after our long journey. He also spoiled us with local pastries left on our porch table every single morning, which became a cherished part of our routine. The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy, ensuring restful nights. The convenience of a washing machine, complete with detergent, was also a significant bonus for a family on vacation. On our departure, Franco's generosity continued with a parting gift of homemade Limoncello, crafted with lemons from his own garden – a truly authentic and memorable souvenir. I honestly cannot praise Franco and Marco enough. If you're looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Amalfi Coast, stop searching and book this villa. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay here. The view was unbelievable, beautiful! Very quiet & peaceful. Very clean. Francesca communicated very well either us…friendly, very helpful.

We loved staying at Tina’s place. It was stunning but at the same time very comfortable. We all slept very well. The bedrooms were beautiful and each had their own bathroom or ensuite. The pool was great as well. Tina was such a lovely and helpful host. She obviously cares about her guests and the villa. We loved the location and would recommend a car. It was so quiet compared to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. We would definitely recommend Tina’s place and would love to go back one day. Grazie Tina.

Our 3-night stay in Praiano was the highlight of our trip—we only wish we had stayed longer! Francesca and Agostino were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. After a train delay in Naples, Agostino went out of his way to arrange a taxi for us and greeted us upon arrival, even though we got in late. He showed us around and even provided delicious snacks and treats, which were so appreciated after a long travel day. Waking up to the breathtaking views was incredible, and our kids loved swimming in the jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, the beach, and the bus stop to neighboring towns like Positano. We loved how quiet and charming Praiano is and are so glad we chose to stay here. Francesca and Agostino clearly take pride in their space and have thought of every detail, from the beautiful decor to all the modern luxuries and amenities. We would absolutely recommend this place to others and hope to return for a longer stay someday!

Giovanna’s place is true luxury with awesome host, great view, premium rooms, and wonderful gardens. We were welcomed by the host who gave us complete tour of the home, local recommendations and also had a cute ‘present’ for us in the form of welcome drinks 🥂 Due to weather we couldn’t have pool but the whole property is so mesmerising that we even forgot about pool. Photos do not do complete justice as this place is much more beautiful than photos. We can’t wait to come again 😊 Already missing our morning tea with the view. This propert is a true gem, premium luxury with super helpful host. Thanks for having us at your place!
