Beachfront vacation rentals in Positano Spiaggia

From the moment we booked, Francescopaolo was in touch asking if we needed him to arrange ANYTHING prior to our arrival. He sent so much informative information and this was so helpful when deciding where to go and what to do. He is a wonderful man and will help you with anything you need. The location is perfect to get to the ferry that will take you to the other islands. The home is very secure and private. Luckily, there is an elevator for your luggage so you do not need to bring it up and down the stairs. The bathrooms are a little small however, this is to be expected in a home that was built over 700 years ago. The view from this home is absolutely breathtaking. The beauty of the terrace is exactly as it is pictured. In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful terraces in Minori. Thank you francescopaolo for sharing your beautiful home. Beautiful, clean apartment over looking Amalfi. We had access to the balcony in front of our apartment but we also had another, larger balcony that had an even better view of Amalfi over looking everything with the Cathedral of St Andrew Apostle right in sight. It was a great place to end the day with a glass of wine. Id recommend this apartment to anyone!

Place was as advertised, very beautiful ocean view. Raffaele was communicative and helped organize a taxi to pick us from the airport and even was flexible when it came to a slightly later check out when our next destination had a later check in!

We had a very lovely stay at this apartment - the host was welcoming and patient because we arrived a bit late for our check-in on the first night. They gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling rosé along with some delicious biscuits, which was a really nice touch as well. The apartment is very beautiful, and we especially loved the balcony and living room area, with fabulous views of the coastline. You don't get a full sunset, as the sun sets behind the mountains, but it is still nice and for most of the evening the balcony is a sun trap. The were nice views, but the beach opposite the flat seemed a little bit dirty to be honest. But there are loads of beautiful beaches around the Amalfi Coast, and this apartment is well situated to explore places nearby. My only other critique is that we weren't shown how to use the air con units on arrival, so the apartment was very hot at night, and too noisy to open windows due to the busy main road. Other than that - really enjoyed!

Un séjour inoubliable chez Massimiliano à Sorrento! Tout était tout simplement impeccable. L’appartement était charmant, d’une propreté irréprochable, avec une salle de bain parfaite et un décor enchanteur, entouré de citronniers sur la ferme. La vue du balcon était à couper le souffle sur sorrento et la mer – nous y avons pris des soupers romantiques inoubliables. L’endroit était intime, paisible et idéal pour se ressourcer. Nous avons aussi eu la chance de nous lier d’amitié avec Ary, une personne exceptionnelle, ainsi qu’avec nos voisins. Du pur bonheur du début à la fin. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter! La passion et la gentillesse de ces gens ne peut que vous imprégner ❤️. Merci!!!

My family and I absolutely adored this listing! We opted to stay in for dinner one night just to spend more time on the terrace. It has a beautiful view, and everything we needed was provided! Francesco and his team went above and beyond to meet our needs and help with transport set-up as well. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future!

Great stay - The apartment is just as pictured, maybe better. The property management company who help run the apartment were so kind and responsive and accommodated our requests. Orlando met me in Atrani and walked me through the apartment when I arrived by ferry at 8pm. I had a friend meet me in Atrani for the second half of my stay, and Orlando arranged to have the housekeeper make up the couch bed and the apartment actually worked very well with people sleeping in both rooms despite the compact size. There is even a half bath in the bedroom to make things easier. The living room is small - but we spent most of our time outside of the apartment or on the balcony. Atrani is a short 10 min walk from Amalfi, very convenient to walk for dinners and to get to the Amalfi port. I was surprised that the apartment did not come with beach essentials as the Atrani beach is one of the few free beaches on the coast. Will miss the balcony!

We absolutely loved our stay in Meta at Emanuele's place. He kindly greeted us upon check in and showed us around his beautiful apartment. The place was stunning. Exactly like the photos. And that view!! 😍❤️ He gave us some great tips on the area and recommendations on bars, restaurants and cafes. The bus stop was just a short walk away to bring us into Sorrento for some day trips. It would be a great place to relax on the beach when the weather gets warmer as there was a great little beach bar just underneath that was preparing for the summer months ahead with decking and sun loungers etc. We had a small issue with the shower which Emanuele very quickly and kindly rectified for us. We really enjoyed our stay here, off the beaten track and away from the madness of Sorrento and Positano. It is a great place to base yourself if you want somewhere quiet, but near public transport to take you to the tourist attractions. We just wish we had more time there!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Vito. C'était un endroit idéal pour se reposer après une journée remplie de randonnées et d'activités aux villages sur la côte, face à une vue magnifique de la mer et depuis notre terrasse où on avait aussi accès à un jacuzzi. Vito a été très réactif, et a pris le temps de nous expliquer les activités à faire à côté, et nous a donné de belles recommandations de restos dans le coin. L'appartement était très bien équipé et propre. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme - comme le logement n'est pas au centre-ville, il faut compter 20-30 mins à pied pour descendre au port, et vous pourrez profiter de la belle vue et de nombreuses boutiques et restos sur le chemin. Je recommande aussi vivement le petit-déjeuner, vous ne serez pas déçu!

We had the absolute best time at this Airbnb on the Amalfi Coast—it was the perfect way to relax after my sister’s wedding. The property was stunning, peaceful, and felt like a true escape, but what made it exceptional was Jason. He went above and beyond in every way: so kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our trip perfect. He cooked us the most incredible dinner—truly the best meal we had on our vacation—and even hosted a group larger than those staying at the Airbnb with such generosity. We also used his transportation services, and he drove us AND picked us up from Amalfi for our excursions we had planned, making everything seamless and stress-free. Jason made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish. His warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made this stay unforgettable. We’re so grateful for everything he did and cannot recommend this place—and Jason—highly enough. Truly a dream experience!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

Hands down the best AirBB I’ve rented. Three times now actually. That’s how much I love it! It’s a beautiful two level place with a kitchen just the right size for small meals at home. The bedrooms have an open design and are bright and cheerful. There are two closets and a small dresser. Plenty of space to put clothes away and keep the rooms tidy. The balcony is my favorite part of this rental. It’s the perfect for looking at the ocean or the charming town. Just a short walk from the castle, you will find many places to eat, shops to visit and views that will hold you there for a while…and may just make you late for your dinner reservation. That’s ok, though. Everything is a little slower in Italy. Savor the views. The only thing better than the magic of this beautiful place is the hospitality and kindness of Mary. You won’t find a host better than her. I’m already planning my next trip and can’t wait to be back!

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

My fiancé and I had the best time staying here in Positano. While there are a lot of stairs, the view in itself is well worth it. We made sure to try and go only up the stairs once per day, which helped. It is super close to the main point of town, and there is even a little sandwich/food spot that has wine, fresh mozzarella, fruit, etc. that we bought to bring up to the room to make our own dinners. Francesca was also super responsive and helpful when it came to arriving in Positano a little early and our early checkout time. She gave local recommendations and her dad was also super sweet! Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the private beach but from what we saw it looked super nice. The deck was awesome, too, and we sat out on the swinging chair multiple nights in a row. If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it! We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Positano again!

This villa is paradise! Absolutely stunning views. Giorgia was amazing and super responsive before and during the trip, and helped us arrange a boat trip and cooking class as well as provide us with a lot of local info. There are a lot of steps down to the villa from the main road (as stated in listing) and then another 200+ to the swimming platform which is heaven! The walk to town is 13-15min and another 15 to the ferry. The road can be scary at night because there’s not a lot of lights but there is a driver that can take you to and from town for a very reasonable cost. We only used the driver twice in a week and sometimes did the walk to the town and back twice a day because we wanted the exercise. The house was perfect for our family of 4 with each of my teens having their own room. Tons of balcony space. Having a washer was a huge plus for us and the pool was a massive bonus! We’d stay here again in a heart beat!

Looks just like the pictures and the surrounding beauty is even prettier in person! You need to be able to do a lot of steps, for this kind of vacation in general. Our host was so helpful and picked us up in Minori (just below). They stayed in contact our entire stay. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Carlos place is amazing, hands down one of the best air bnb locations I have stayed in. The location is phenomenal (although reviews said it, we couldn’t believe how close we were to everything and how lucky we were to get this location!), the home was clean and cozy, and Carlos was so responsive and helpful. This was such a treat!! If available , book his place - you will not regret it (especially when you see the stairs everywhere else!!)

This was an unbelievable find. The views, the privacy of the balconies, and the location cannot be beat. the hosts were incredibly helpful, responsive and kind and the apartment was clean and spacious.

Awesome stay! I stayed or only one night, but was amazed by the view of the city laying in bed. Fabrizio was very helpful giving me restaurant recommendations and was very accommodating! I would recommend this place to anybody who wants a nice quiet local spot while also getting a breathtaking view of the coast. I will certainly stay here again!

Wir wurden herzlich von Lorenzo empfangen, der uns die Wohnung gezeigt und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben hat. Die Unterkunft war exakt wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Vesuv, Neapel und die Inseln. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, ruhig und doch gut erreichbar. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und auch die zwei abgesperrten Parkplätze waren sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung – tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

This place is beautiful! The views are amazing, and do not disappoint. The wall to Amalfi is only about 11 minutes from here, and extremely manageable. It was nice to stay in Atrani, which was a but quieter than Amalfi itself.

This was a wonderful stay! It was my first time ever visiting Praiano and this was the perfect place for my trip! Antonio was always very responsive and helpful, I asked him for local recommendations and he helped me right away. i’ve never met another host that was as nice and helpful as Antonio was! He made sure we had the perfect stay outside of just having a lovely airbnb to stay in. The place was so spacious, clean, and pretty! I loved sitting out in the balcony enjoying the views of the ocean. I felt very safe, lots of walkable restaurants/stores, and not a far walk to the main beach. We were greeted during check in and they even came to say goodbye during check out. Overall I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Praiano/Positano.

OH did we ever love this place! Very clean and well equipped, with a great shower... And then there’s the balcony......The views are spectacular! We drank in the coastal views with our complimentary prosecco. Valentina’s sister Flora was the BEST host of our trip! (The others were quite good too, but Flora is #1) She helped us navigate the very difficult bus ride from Amalfi, even coming onto the crowded bus to make sure we got off the right stop. She made restaurant suggestions and even made our reservations for us securing the best tables and treatment. She gave directions to beaches and various sites. I really can’t say enough about how sweet she is. Praiano is much more laid back but still has everything for a great visit. We planned to go visit Ravello and Positano but liked it there so much we never left. Thank you for a wonderful visit to the Amalfi Coast. ❤️

This stay was the best! (Book it now!!)Truly a GEM! View !! Unique setting in Piano di Sorrento in a quiet, authentic , low key town. Circumvensia train easy to use to get to Sorrento (busier more touristy town)for tours, shopping, boat excursions-trip to Pompei, but come back and relax in your Charming Villa.This loft is very roomy with a kitchen, and huge terrace on roof top. There is a free beach just down the road-(Great communication by Elena and her father Teodoro. Teodoro is a very genuine , thoughtful and helpful person. Teodoro made us feel right at home. One day after returning from Pompeii-Teodoro invited us to coffee in his “kitchen”; accompanied by a tour of their upcoming property renovations-refurbished older buildings in back of the Villas’s property-( the view is the absolutely spectacular!!) There will be a restaurant and patio with offerings of lodging , mixing the old with the new for a modern and lovely Italian ambiance! Thank you!! Caio! Alyce and Bruce
