Vacation rentals with a patio in Posey County

We had an amazing stay! The studio was fantastic, especially that chair and light, which made it perfect for reading. Kale was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore. The convenience of everything was also a huge plus. If the weather hadn’t been so cold this past weekend, we could have easily walked to all the attractions. I’m already planning to return to enjoy the studio and the surrounding area when the weather improves. The rooftop is so charming and cozy. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

If you're looking for a small place to stay, this is perfect. The price is similar to a hotel room, but here you get a full kitchen. The host always responds very quickly. I've stayed here several times without any issues.

Angela’s apartments are great. I have stayed in a couple of the ones that she has and both I have stayed at have been perfect. I’m also a host on Airbnb. I would say Angela is the greatest host I’ve ever encountered or come across on Airbnb. She really has some great places to stay and she’s a amazing host. Look forward to staying again in the future. Very nice place. It was larger than I thought it was. The hideaway bed was really neat. You have your own little patio which was great. Wish I had more time to check out this shower that had everything. We met Stephanie and talked . She was very nice. I have stayed at a few different places here and definitely a top spot. Would definitely stay again.

It was a fantastic time and it was a seamless interaction with my host Angela. Clear instructions, great location, spotless and beautiful loft. It was a great experience. Even snacks were left out for us!

Great alternative to nearby small hotels with more character and space, walking distance to river walk and to coffee shops, downtown restaurants…this is an older home and the Airbnb is up a flight of stairs (which we preferred, not for everyone).

It’s very clear that a lot of love went into renovating this historic home. There is so much charm! The beds were cozy and the bathrooms were lovely. We will happily stay there again in the future.

The shower is non slip. There are hangers in the closets. The beds are comfy. Everything is odor-free. There's an outdoor fire pit. The neighbors are pleasant. Everything works. A+

Neat little house, very pet friendly, very nice televisions and comfortable furniture.

Absolutely 5 stars all around. They were great to communicate with, gave quick responses, instructions couldn’t have been simpler & most definitely worth the money. The pictures do not do the house justice, much more “homey” & pretty in person, plus they didn’t say anything about there being a trampoline & the kids were ecstatic once we seen it. Would absolutely stay again.

The place in Evansville was perfect for our crew working in Newburgh IN and we will definitely be back to stay again. I was able to prepare all the meals in the well stocked kitchen and nice to have the round table to share the meals. I love the wood work in the home and enjoyed raking and cleaning the flower garden as the spring weather permitted.

The hosts communicated clearly and frequently and were flexible where needed. The place is clean, neighborhood is quiet, and overall it just felt like home. Kids loved the living/playroom!

We have stayed with Brian several times now when we are in the area. Absolutly love working with him and staying at this house of his. Super friendly, worked with the crew and I, kept line of communication open.

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!
