Beautifully decorated studio for year-round accommodation in Sipoo in Eriksnäs, a single-family home in the area. Private entrance, small stairs before the entrance, steep stairs to the sleeping loft. Adjustable ventilation and geothermal heating with underfloor heating. Please be considerate of your neighbor next door. For 1-2 people. Please bring bed linens and towels with you. Otherwise, €15/person. Duvets and pillows are included in the price. Our hot tub is available from May to September. 3 km to the center of Söderkulla, 25 km to Jumbo and the airport, 20 km to Porvoo.

Lillabali - A cottage with an oriental atmosphere

An atmospheric courtyard cottage where the mind and body rest. The building has been completely renovated in 2017-2019. The covered terrace has a cozy lounge area and a hot tub, the use of which is included in the price of the accommodation. The cottage has a traditional Finnish atmosphere, to which a touch of oriental breeze has also been added. After the gentle steam of the wood sauna, it is nice to go to the terrace to cool off and enjoy the sheltered and peaceful courtyard milieu. The cottage has heating and air conditioning, which increases comfort in the summer heat.

Cabin by the water with a hot tub

Relax with family or friends in a peaceful place to stay. In the main cabin (53m2) there is a living room, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. The guest shed has a double bed downstairs and 2 sleeping places upstairs. Beach sauna on the rocks & next to it a wood-fired hot tub. In the summer kitchen, you can grill even in bad weather, here there is a dining table for six. Outdoor toilet, summer water comes from the tap. Drinking water, sheets and towels must be brought with you. In addition, a two-person SUP board and rowboat are available

Cottage by the sea / hot tub / private beach

Welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the sea and nature. In the summer, you can start your day with a refreshing morning swim and enjoy a high-quality hot tub in the evening. In winter, you can ski or downhill ski at Koko ski resort (35 minutes away) and in the evening relax in front of the stove or in the cottage's wood sauna. The nearby nature offers good berry picking opportunities and a low sandy beach crowns the holiday of a family with children. The modern kitchen and bathroom allow for complete relaxation. Villa with stunning sea view

Spacious and atmospheric seaside villa with all amenities, just over an hour's drive from the Helsinki metropolitan area. This holiday home sleeps 8 people - 4 bedrooms. The large and well-designed kitchen/dining area can comfortably accommodate 10 people for dining. On autumn and winter evenings, you can enjoy the fireplace in the living room. A six-person hot tub on the terrace adds to the comfort of your vacation. You can get there by car and by boat. It is also possible to launch your own boat.

Villa Janna - Fantastic sea view/hot tub

Step into this newly built villa (12 guests) with a stunning sea view less than 1h from Helsinki. Golf course within a 2-minute drive. Enjoy the beautiful view as well as the hot tub, sauna, gym, pool table, modern kitchen and dedicated workspace. For an additional charge (285€/night) you can rent the guest house (6 guests). It has a wood sauna, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 separate beds; Bedroom with a sea view (160cm), bedroom (120cm &TV), a loft with two beds (2x140cm)

Kukkula is a modern countryside home built in 2019 surrounded by woodland and natural light, just half an hour from Helsinki. The house sleeps six and features a sauna, BBQ, jacuzzi, and a well-planned living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The property offers privacy, while cafés, supermarkets, and lake swimming spots are just a short drive away. With free parking, outdoor furniture, and a peaceful setting, Kukkula is the perfect place for families and friends.

Forest garden apartment Kulloviken

Our lovely annex was build in 1968, few years later than the main house where we live. It has been fully rennovated to accomodate a full kitchen, bathroom and a living area with a double bed and a vintage couch. We wanted to bring back some of the farmhouse charm with wood floors, raw tiles and a good twist of rural mystic. The kitchen was hand made from scratch to perfectly take you to a past now forgotten. The modern utilityes are there for your convinience, without breaking the spell.

Unwind in the hot tub after a workout in the home gym then relax in one of the two saunas (one electric inside and one wood-fired outside).
