Located just out from the City Centre at 207 Spence St, Bungalow, is this beautiful two-bedroom, one bathroom character apartment on the first floor up. There are only four units in the whole block – all managed by us. Don't be fooled by the outside - inside is lovely. It is an older complex and we are continually upgrading and renovating so it presents well internally. The unit is located near an intersection which can be busy at time, so please be aware there will be road noise.

Avant Garde Retro 70's built complex of 12 apartments just a short walk to the city centre and the esplanade over the road from Munro Martin parklands and Cairns Preforming Arts Centre CPAC . Our unit is ground level at the back. We have just renovated so fresh eclectic and comfortable. Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with two singles.
