Large and bright loft in the heart of Palermo, on the third floor without an elevator of a 17th-century building, on a street that leads from Via Vittorio Emanuele to the Vucciria. The central location means that every point of interest is within walking distance, from Piazza Marina to the Cathedral, passing through the Quattro Canti. The large living room has a separate entrance, private bathroom, small kitchen and balcony overlooking Via della Loggia; it has a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed.

A spacious terrace is adorned with potted plants and a gentle breeze. A comfortable lounge chair is positioned beside a coffee table, displaying glassware and fruit. The backdrop features historic stone architecture and a fortified wall, creating a quiet retreat above the bustling city.

Palermo Rooftop Architect flat with 2 Fab Terraces

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.

Fantastic apartment located on the main floor of the House that was the Prince of Lampedusa, author of "Il Gattopardo". The fully restored apartment is located in the historical center of Palermo, surrounded by the major museums and theaters of the city. The entrance leads to the living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen-living room. Both rooms overlook the large terrace with pool.
