The stay was very good, the building is quiet, residential, without noise and is facing the inside of the condominium, so you can't hear the street. The pool is excellent and the building staff are very friendly. Marcelo was very kind and provided a later check-out, which was what I needed. Great 3week stay! The apartment is stylish, well furnished, and perfectly located. Nice the pool with a great view to watch the sunset, a gym, and a workspace. Everything was smooth ! I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved every detail, impeccable apartment, great location. 24-hour doorman, everything very organized. All utensils, super-equipped kitchen. Really everything is perfect, a lot of security nearby because there is a Civil police station in the back of the condominium, pharmacy, bakery, everything nearby. A few minutes from the beach, very close. The location is the best for sure. About Naiara, without words, very polite, super helpful, always answered everything very quickly. I loved everything and I will definitely come back other times. 🙏🏾❤️

The apartment is impeccable: clean, comfortable and very well equipped, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, markets and sights, making the trip even more practical and enjoyable. Great little spot! Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Barra beach. Next to pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and bars. We went to some of the city's tourist spots and the neighborhood is excellent for finding an Uber and is close to some of the main spots. Comfortable apartment, with towels, sheets, blankets… and the common area of the building is great, with a grocery store that helps a lot and an excellent swimming pool. Great host, responds quickly and is always willing to help with questions Super recommend it!

This place was wonderful and easy to access and explore Bahia. Lots of local options for restaurants and shopping! Would absolutely stay again.

Communication was a little poor. It took a while to get a response, I arrived at the building without knowing which apartment it was or if anyone would be waiting for me, but in the end everything worked out, with some difficulty the doorman was able to find out which apartment it was and let us in. The apartment is wonderful, very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Excellent location: market, bakery, pharmacy, shopping, good restaurants and the beach all very close. It was very worth staying in this apartment. I could live in it without having to change anything.

This place had beautiful views! We loved being able to hear the ocean in the evenings. The building amenities were nice with the pool and a children’s playroom. The private beach access was nice, however it was a little difficult getting down the steps/over the rocks once you left the condominium entrance. We had kids and older parents with us and had to be very conscious of no one falling. The building is very safe with plenty of security around and only letting approved uber drivers in. Paula was super friendly letting us know about the area and extra kids toys, pool things, and mattresses etc. that were available which we greatly appreciated traveling with young children. The unit was very clean and as described. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again one day!

Great accommodation, structure identical to the photos, great location because it was relatively close to all the sights but far from the crowds, which meant that the Uber cost a maximum of 10 reais to the sights and we had the tranquility of a quiet neighborhood! Hosts are always available and kind

The apartment is great and very well located, close to the beach and with several options of restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets very close. The 24-hour concierge is a facility for those arriving at night and conveys security. Comfortable beds and bathrooms, kitchen equipped with the necessary to make meals at home and spacious living room to rest between tours. Maria was very attentive, meeting all demands and offering great tips. A great option for those who want to visit Salvador and feel at home.

The structure is excellent! The accommodation offers coworking, a gym, rooftop, swimming pool and direct access to the beach — all very well maintained, clean and organized. I stayed at the accommodation for 10 days, I went to work and took the opportunity to sightsee, so it is worth adding that it is also very well located, facilitating transportation in applications and even walking. I recommend it!

Great stay! Well located house, quite green area and with the option of leisure for the whole family. Rogério (the owner) and Sandro (the homemaker) are very helpful and helped us a lot.

Carlos' space is amazing, organized, peace is excellent for those who want to live the experience of rest, very close to the beach, safe and close to other places such as restaurants and markets. Carlos is an excellent host, answers questions and guidelines very quickly and was super flexible. I will return more often.

If you are looking for a safe, community- focused place as a base for your visit to Salvador then this is perfect. Friendly neighbours, lovely setting in a secure community area with a pool and a wonderful host near by. With easy access to the newly developed waterfront, beaches and restaurants it's a great place to experience life in Salvador as an international visitor to this amazing, interesting and vibrant city. The accommodation is basic but functional and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Milena for being such a great host.

Excellent hosting option for those who want tranquility and excellent value for money on the island of Itaparica. Condominium booked and secure Penha beach is one of the best beaches on the island. Calm and quiet sea and a beautiful view of the city of Salvador. André was so kind and helpful. Would recommend!!

Was a great stay. The housekeeper Dilma was so nice and welcoming and helped us whenever we needed it.

We found the house very beautiful; it is situated in a protected environment/compound. The pool is amazing, surrounded by lush greenery, and the lake is stunning. Inside the house, there is plenty of space! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The distance to the old city center is approximately 30 minutes; taxis and Ubers are affordable. While there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the house, we appreciated the tranquility. The beach is nearby, but it's safer to use an Uber to get there. Milce was a grateful help, very friendly and nice.

Everything went as planned, I recommend with your eyes closed and if everything goes smoothly we will return next year's carnival

The condominium where the house is located is well located and safe. The house is huge and well-maintained. Only the kitchen has an older structure, but it meets the needs. The host was very kind, friendly and understanding of our demands. I recommend the site.
