Look out at the park across the street; better yet-get out there. The bathroom is a fully tiled wet-room and has 2 shower heads. A great place to wind down.

This large private flat is all yours. Sunny office, laundry in unit, small back deck. Just four blocks from Arts District with easy access to 295. Off-street parking.
