Vacation rentals in Porter County

We stayed for 3 days and we absolutely loved it. Perfect for couples that want a little getaway from the city, and love a good view and calm environment. The only noise you will hear here is the bird chirps and ducks quack. We thoroughly enjoyed how cozy the apartment is and spent a good deal of time outdoors by the grill and in the dome. Elena was an amazing host and they even had Indiana dunes park passes available which was great. Would recommend 100%.

Jeannie’s huge cabin is a treasure! It’s hidden off the road in a beautiful wooded area. The decor inside is charmingly “elegant rustic” but with all the modern conveniences. We were three adults and a child. Jeannie provided children’s books and games, and there was even a billiards table. The location was quiet and we could hear many birds singing. Jeannie was a great host, and we highly recommend her place!!

It was a lovely place that we enjoyed every minute in, the hosts were also very nice to us. Would certainly stay again in the future.

We stayed in Kayla’s house with our 2 small kids for 2 months, and we really felt like at home. She is an amazing host. She made sure that we were comfortable at all times, always offering her help and support. Before arriving, she recommended activities to do with the kids, and even bought some age appropriate toys. Upon arrivals eggs from her own chickens were waiting for us in the fridge. She called somebody to come over and clean our pathway from snow (without us asking) and even brought herself a sled for our oldest to enjoy the snow. We could not have asked for more, really 😊 The house is great, spacious, and cozy. We fell in love with the master bedroom and bathtub. And got to enjoy the garden and the patio during the sunny days. In summary, we could not have chosen better! Totally recommended

This is our third year staying here while visiting our daughter in Portage. This condo is so well equipped and well kept. Teresa is the most responsive host we’ve ever had. She responds quickly and I never would worry about it if there was some issue cause I know I would be able to communicate with her easily! See you next year!

This was ur second stay at Andrew’s and it didn’t disappoint. He worked with us last minute to make a reservation so we had somewhere to stay. A friend of ours passed away and we didn’t have a lot of planning time. We love that the place has a pack n play, high chair, and some kids toys & dishes. Things like that make a stay with children much smoother. Thanks again for another great experience.

I met my family here for a birthday celebration. The house is stunning, with large windows overlooking two sand-dunes. The light plays through the trees in magical ways. It is so quiet and peaceful that we all slept well. There are so many places to play and relax - from the upper deck loft, to the hot-tub and lots of nooks to read and chill. There are all sorts of activities for kids - both outdoors and indoors. It was a transformative time for myself and our family! Nancy was a fabulous host - always friendly and helpful.
