Dispone de una habitación con cama doble (150cms), salón-comedor con cocina americana y sofá-cama (160cms), y lavabo con ducha. La terraza dispone de una amplia mesa exterior y zona de descanso bajo porche, barbacoa y dos tumbonas, con bonitas vistas a las montañas y la puesta de sol. Ideal para parejas o familias. El comedor interior comunica con la cocina con barra americana, equipada con todo lo necesario (vitrocerámica, horno, tostadora, exprimidor, lavadora, etc). A la terraza se puede acceder tanto desde el salón, como desde la habitación. Desde el salón se accede a una zona cubierta donde se halla una amplia mesa donde poder disfrutar de una agradable comida y sobremesa. Al lado, se encuentra una barbacoa a disposición de los huéspedes. La habitación da a la zona descubierta de la terraza, con dos tumbonas donde relajarse y/o tomar el sol. -No se espera que el huésped limpie el apartamento, pero sí que limpie aquello de lo que haya hecho uso, en particular de la cocina. -Se admiten perros, siempre que estén debidamente educados y se tengan en la terraza.
