Perfect stay, quick welcome and accommodating checkout time. The highlight is clearly the view, which is incredible, the location for the stay is great.

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

This accommodation is of very high quality both for the comfort of the bed and the quality of the appliances. It is located in a green setting with a swimming pool available. Francesca and Jean-Claude are hosts with beautiful human qualities, warm and always very sensitive to our well-being. Property to be highly recommended.

Very nice apartment, nice location in Gosier. Communication with the property managers was excellent, they are very attentive and responsive to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. The apartment is very well-equipped, clean, and convenient to use. I would recommend it in a second.

Léa’s place was cute & cozy! It was extremely clean & well kept. The area was perfect for us as it was our first time in Guadeloupe - there were lots of eating places and bars around. Area was safe & walkable. Léa was very helpful & responsive. Can’t recommend here enough, will definitely book again on my next trip as I will definitely be visiting Guadeloupe again.

The four of us spent a month in this place. The location is great, with stunning views, central but quiet. The apartment is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen where nothing is missing and where you can cook with pleasure. Everything is as shown in the pictures, very tidy and clean. Fanny and Mika were extremely kind and helpful, whether it was offering us fruit from the garden or keeping unwanted guests away from the apartment (we were visited by a centipede and an iguana frightened by the cat). We'll be happy to go back!

What more can I say except that these 15 days were perfect. Listing matches photos. You can go there without so much as a second thought, it's very clean and it smells very good. The location of the accommodation is in a safe and extremely quiet area. You will have a view of the tide with different animals that you can observe. There's air conditioning and that's not insignificant. For water outages, there is a tank that takes over so that you can still have water. Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

The stay at Vanessa's was very nice. A magnificent terrace with a view. The accommodation was as described and was impeccable upon arrival. Vanessa took the trouble to give us a description of the fruits when we arrived and brought us more in the middle of our trip (they were very good) Bouillante is approximately in the middle of the lowlands. I recommend it for a stay in the middle of everything! Thanks again

We had a great week. The location is ideal for traveling all over Basse-Terre. Naïdy and her daughter Emily were very welcoming and responsive. The accommodation is very as described, and the view of Pigeon Island is amazing! 😊

We had an all-around perfect time with Serge and Sylvie! The place is lovely, very well maintained and ideal for two people, we really didn't miss anything. Particularly noteworthy are the lovingly landscaped garden and the hot tub, which is ideal for relaxing. Serge and Sylvie were always available, extremely accommodating and helpful and yet we always had our privacy. Their tips for the area were super helpful and they helped immediately and easily with a small medical incident. We felt comfortable from the start and would come back any time if in the area.

We're coming back from 4 days to this listing that was the same as the listing. Very nice view in the morning at breakfast and private parking. Very good bedding . Upon our arrival fruits and fresh water nice attention. Thank you very much

We had a relaxing time at Alice and Jules' place. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home with complementary water, pineapple and biscuits on arrival. We were treated to a yummy coconut ice cream made by Alice. The facilities were just as described. and we enjoyed the jacuzzi a few times. The surroundings is very peaceful and we had the opportunity to visit the beach and local restaurant. I highly recommend Alice and Jules place for a relaxing getaway.

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place, located in Abymes, surrounded by mango trees and bougainvillea. The apartment is spacious, nice, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped, the comfort is great! The real plus: the outdoor space, with a jacuzzi and outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful setting. Stéphanie welcomed us warmly, she is very responsive, available and attentive. Thanks again for this beautiful stay in Guadeloupe, we had a great time!
