A beautifully refurbished retro 1960's style house in an elevated position on a quiet cul-de-sac with city and ocean views. Easy access to the University of Wollongong (UoW), TAFE, public transport, coastal road, Freeway and Northern Distributor. Outer areas feature a large sun-drenched north-east facing porch and south-east facing balcony with great views. A short 5 minute drive to town, our nearest beaches or the escarpment, rainforest, bushland and panoramic vistas of the coastline.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

The Lair, Kangaroo Valley is situated on 14 acres of pristine bushland. Nestled high it enjoys 180 degrees views into the Valley below. Architecturally designed, by Alexander Michael, with a Scandi aesthetic. Featuring 6 metre high ceilings, polished concrete floors and birch ply walls, along with extensive use of glass that adds a wonderful sense of space and warmth, allowing the light to stream in from sunrise to sunset. It offers the perfect getaway Winter or Summer.
