It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Between the comfort of a townhouse and the calm of a country house, a few steps from the port of Herbaudière and a private path leading directly to the beach via a small staircase. The accommodation offers on the ground floor 1 large living space open to the terrace, kitchen open to the living room. As well as 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a small shower room. A 5-minute walk to La Linière beach, semi-detached house on a large plot surrounded by greenery and very peaceful. The cottage offers a beautiful life with its living room and a dedicated office area, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom and its spacious bathroom with toilet. Abundant storage.
