Perfect Airbnb - everything as described, great location, 5 min walk to the beach and so much to do locally. Also a big shout out to Manon and Mike as fantastic hosts. They recommended that we watch a space launch and we’d completely missed that this was happening as it wasn’t readily advertised online, so it was a really exciting and unique experience for us. Thank you both. We went to Playa Linda for the first and then watched the second/third from Cocoa Beach.

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

This is a great spot to stay. The house is very clean and spacious, and Tara the host responded quickly when we reached out. The kitchen was very well stocked for guests who want to make their own meals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2+ month stay at Wayne's rental. He greeted us in person when we arrived and was most eager to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and that we had everything that we needed. He communicated with us throughout our stay and was friendly and very easy to get along with. We felt safe and very much at home during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, as were the couches. We enjoyed our time in the private fenced in backyard, under the umbrella. The yard is very well maintained and we were fortunate to meet the gracious man who kept it looking so inviting. There were many restaurants to choose from in the immediate and surrounding area. The beach is a great destination for swimming, picnicing and relaxing. A number of eateries are within close range as well. The annual Strawberry Festival and Seafood Festival are popular events to take in. We highly recommend staying at Wayne's rental if you are considering a trip to Florida! He is an exceptional host!

What a beautiful stay! The location was perfect! The pool was a godsent with the kids! The house has everything you need! Thank you for the beautiful vacation, we look forward to coming back next year!

I brought my German family to America/Florida for the first time, and this house exceeded our expectations. They loved the house, pool, walking distance to the beach, and the amazing sea life that swam through the canal (dolphin, turtle, and family of manatees). We had a wonderful visit to Cocoa and this house made them feel at home in our wonderful state. Highly recommend for small family looking for a beach getaway.

Very clean place. Had everything we needed for our family of 6 including 4 kids! Pool was great! Hosts were friendly and responsive.

My wife and I had a different vacation than we expected, but nothing to do with the condo. Unfortunately, there was a very extensive beach restoration project occurring (we heard Cocoa Beach does this every 6 years-lucky us!) that closed the beach directly in front of the condo for most of our stay. We had to walk a few blocks or drive most days. Jeanne was incredibly understanding and supportive, and refunded a significant portion of our rental. She was friendly and responsive to all of our concerns and we would highly recommend the condo; it is beautifully situated on the beach and conveniently close to the small downtown Cocoa Beach area. We plan to return!

We brought our family and grandchild to Florida, it was a beautiful place with all the amenities we wanted. The hot tub was a family favorite and the kids (adult children) loved how close the beach was. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, the house was overall a 10!!!!

Lots of amenities and very spacious for our large group. We enjoyed having room for everyone.

The perfect place to celebrate my family members birthday. The backyard, pool, game room, decor and everything else about this place is amazing! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. I absolutely appreciated the cleanliness of the house as well. My family and I will definitely be back! Sergio is a spectacular host!

Great location on the beach. Had everything we needed in the condo including beach chairs and coolers. Neighbors were all super nice . Laundry not in unit but just a few steps away. Complex had a bench that is great for drinking morning coffee and watching the waves.

Such a tranquil and lovely stay. Very family friendly. Quiet at nights. My toddler loved the front yard. Has all amenities in kitchen and for beach trips. Easy drive to the beach, Kennedy Space Center, supermarkets, and restaurants. Host is very hospitable. Hope to return again.
