Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ponticelli, Naples

The most amazing stay! The directions made the place easy to find through the residential area. Our views from the apartment were out of this world, magical! We enjoyed each sunrise and made use of the espresso maker provided. I would recommend this place to everyone! We will definitely be returning. Thank you 🌅☕️

We had a great stay at Mario’s place!! My friends and I had done a backpacking trip and Mario was kind enough to pick us up from the train station on arrival with our bags as it’s about a 20-25min walk uphill from the Seiano station to the air bnb. Mario was so kind during check in, pointing out all the nearby restaurants, super markets and giving us recommendations. He had supplied us with enough goodies for our first breakfast and provided us with a contact for taxi service that we so gratefully used a few times during hot temperatures and after tiring days! They were so sweet. The walk to the air bnb after each outing was intimidating at first but definitely doable, 20min walk to the train station to access Sorrento and other nearby towns and 20-25mins to the Seiano beaches. The view from the air bnb overlooking the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius is absolutely breathtaking and definitely worth all the steps! Such a peaceful location to end off our trip.

Stefano è un Super Host gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Si ha a che fare con una persona davvero educata, squisita sempre pronta a consigliarti e ad aiutati per qualsivoglia esigenza. Ti fa sentire veramente in famiglia. Alloggio molto confortevole, pulito ed accogliente, offre tutti i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno. Situato in una posizione perfetta, è praticamente in pieno centro storico ma comunque situato in una via tranquilla, lontana dal trambusto. Su Sorrento va solo detto che merita di essere visitato almeno una volta nella vita !!

We stayed in three Airbnb while visiting Italy (Rome, Florence, Naples) and Naples was by far and large the biggest apartment we had. It was more like a house! The apartment was centrally located to everything, it actually had an elevator (lift in Europe) as all three of our Airbnb were on the 3rd or 4th floor and not all had elevators! Monica's apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated and had 2 balconies that you can step out onto!

Amazing stay in Naples!! Clean, has everything you can think of for guests, even provided breakfast items. The whole place was super clean. Anna was incredibly flexible and responsive, gave great recommendations. The balconies were amazing, can’t safe enough good things about our stay here!

friendly warm host who was very friendly, the apartment is in a terrific location with super restaurants, close to the theatre and shopping areas, the apartment was very clean and charming with a well stocked kitcken , we have rented in Napoli several times and Luigi's is the best, we absolutely loved our holiday and Luigi contributed to this , thanks

The communication with Italia was great. She provided very clear check-in instructions complete with videos to ensure there were no issues. She was a very responsive host to all my communication even when I asked questions I could have found answers to in house manual. The apartment is huge! It is exactly as described and pictured. The house rules are simple and reasonable. She was accommodating of our shifting arrival time and was gracious to store our bags for a couple hours after checkout. The space was quiet and the area is a very immersive experience. Great if you want that. Overall a great experience and Italia was a great host.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Mirea. It was in a great location - close to shops and restaurants. Mirko was a great host, meeting us at check in to explain the doors, locks, keys etc. He even had drinks available to welcome us. 😊 He answered our questions promptly and helped us with transportation issues at the end of our stay. We would stay there again

Eine einfache, aber sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Unterkunft. In der Küche war deutlich mehr als die übliche Grundausstattung verfügbar: verschiedene Gewürze, Öl, Essig, mehrere Flaschen Wasser genauso wie Kaffee und sogar Nudeln und Sauce. Im Bad gab es auch sehr gute Pflegeprodukte. Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher standen auch bereit, was sehr praktisch ist, weil man sie dann nicht von zu Hause mitschleppen muss. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Marco und seine Familie, die die unteren Etagen im Haus bewohnen, waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit erreichbar - sowohl über die App als auch persönlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Da die Insel so klein ist, kann man von dort aus alle Ecken zu Fuß erreichen. Man darf natürlich keine Angst vor dem dichten Verkehr in den engen Gassen haben - auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis ;-) Ein besonders Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Aussicht über die Insel bis nach Ischia und auf großartige Sonnenuntergänge.

Very clean place and the host was very responsive. Everything we needed for our stay like towels, soap, cooking utensils, and more were there. Great location near 2 train station stops. I definitely recommend!

Alessandra’s villa is gorgeous! The view was phenomenal and the place very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend. Love to come back sometime. There is obviously lots of stairs to go anywhere in the area so might want to consider that when booking. Thank you Alessandra!

We had a wonderful stay at Ramona’s place. It’s very well located in the middle of everything and super quiet.! The apartment is recently renovated and felt like home. The rooftop has a wonderful view and is a great place to chill. Ramona was exceptionally helpful and responsive to all our queries. She recommended wonderful restaurants and always made sure we would have the best available table. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Luigi & Cristina are exceptional people. they helped us from the first day finding a cheap private parking for our stay in front of the apartment and has been helpful all along. The house is up a hill, with a typical Limone garden, providing a view on lush gardens on the opposite hill. You have everything you need in the house for your stay, Luigi and Cristina live above and can help you for anything. A special mention that if you are open to discover more of the Italian way of life of the region, Luigi and Cristina are the best ambassadors. We shared lovely discussions and homemade food in the garden one evening by Luigi, sharing with us about the region and some tips for Italy. Our best stay at an Airbnb thanks to them, thank you again. We could not recommend better place to discover Amalfi and also, in Italy!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the view. The hot tub was a nice bonus. It was located higher up and about a 20 min walk down any stairs to the city center and the beach. Perfect if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per tre giorni. Ottima posizione in una bella zona, ben servita con tanti buoni ristoranti e locali. La fermata della metro si trova a nemmeno dieci minuti a piedi e da lì puoi tranquillamente raggiungere via Toledo in pochi minuti. Abbiamo lasciato la nostra auto nel nostro posto auto riservato, accessibile solo tramite cancello a cui avevamo accesso tramite chiave. Abbiamo trovato L alloggio davvero in ottime condizioni, moderno, pulito, spazioso. Il letto molto comodo. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci siamo trovati sorprendentemente bene👍🏻 ci tornerei

A great place for a family or group of friends. You will love sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. Kitchen had coffee and morning treats stocked and everything was very clean and in working order. Washer and dryer was great for our family of 3. Numerous restaurants just moments away. Groceries and bus stop up a bunch of steps but very manageable. Walking up to the unit was a workout, but with pull carry-ons and a backpack each, was manageable if you just take the few stairs to the right of the harbour and then the main road. We took the steps up which was a challenge but we just stopped when needed. Taking the road all the way down to the port was easy - about 25-30 mins. Was an unforgettable stay in one of the most unique cities - thank you so much!

Sabrina was a 5-star host. She was kind, helpful, responsive and her place was just as described. It was safe, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities a family or multiple families would need to enjoy their stay in Naples! We would love to come back!!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement proposé par Luigi . Certes la vue de la façade peut surprendre mais une fois à l'intérieur le logement est propre, calme, confortable et très bien sécurisé. De plus dans l'appartement il ne manque rien , tout est prévu. l'emplacement est à 15 minutes de la gare et du centre. La communication avec Luigi est facile et efficace. IL répond immédiatement à nos questions. Je recommanderai sans hésitation cette location à mes amis.

El alojamiento nos sorprendió, era muy grande y cómodo, tenía camas suficientes para nuestro grupo, la cocina era muy agradable y estaba muy bien adecuada, estuvimos 5 días entonces tuvimos varios desayunos ahí, además tenía una luz acogedora y dos baños grandes y cómodos. Estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca de una estación de metro, y de una concurrida calle con comercio y comida, muy cerca del barrio español. A pie se podía ir a varios lugar y si no, el metro siempre ayuda. Aunque el barrio era muy ruidoso, nada de eso llegaba hasta el departamento, lo que permitía descansar bien después de un largo día de paseo y rica comida en la bella ciudad de Nápoles. Hay ascensor así que las maletas no son un problema y si te gusta el café, cinco cafeteras italianas. Lo recomiendo y si fuera de nuevo, lo escogería para quedarme.

Comfortable self-sufficient apartment in a great central location, near to most Naples attractions and transportation. The house was as described. Having a full kitchen and a washer-dryer was great. Enrico is very friendly and responsive. He recommended a walking route that covered most central Naples attractions.

Wonderful stay with Leonardo! It was perfect, short walk from the dock to the flat with my backpack on. Great restaurants downstairs, perfect for exploring Procida.

We loved this home and wish we could have stayed longer! It's centrally located near everything - the port, the metro, and Via Toledo. And yet, it was still very quiet and secure. Maria was there to meet us when we arrived and she couldn't have been more hospitable! She did a walkthrough of everything with us and was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. She's a fabulous host! We would definitely stay here again.
